Stayed Sep 26, 2025My husband, dog, and I stayed here for a long 4 day weekend. We found the townhome to be very spacious, comfortable, and most importantly to us, clean. The home is very well appointed and nicely decorated. We loved all the natural light. The yard was perfect for our little dog, and the proximity to downtown was so convenient. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and we loved the high ceilings and large windows with the river view. Traffic can be heard from both the master and front bedroom probably due to the 199 overpass over the river being quite close, but it did not bother us. I would suggest putting some hooks in the master bedroom and bathroom to hang clothes, etc. We used the front bedroom as our closet and luggage storage since there is no closet in the master bedroom. A delightful stay and highly recommend. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Grants Pass.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025We were very disappointed in this house. It was not clean. The bathtub in the front was dirty. There were cobwebs in the light above the dining table. The top of the fridge was full of dust. There were jelly beans on the floor by the couch . There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and we had 6 people. Only 1 wine glass.. dust bunnies on the kitchen floor. We will not be staying here again.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024We loved everything about this house. We were in Grants Pass for my nephews wedding. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The house was very quiet and had a great floor plan which let my husband do some work while still being part of the visiting with relatives. The primary bedroom had the most comfortable bed and we slept great.
