Stayed Sep 20, 2024It's in the ghetto, not somewhere anyone would want to VACATION. Loud music and vulgar commentary from the block at all hours. Someone rang our doorbell in the middle of the night. We did not feel safe here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Good place to stay. The house was clean and spacious. It’s also within walking distance to so much Dubuque has to offer.

Stayed Aug 10, 2023Overall, it was a good stay. It's a typical old Dubuque house, but it was nicely updated inside and very clean. I knew that it was on a busy street, but I wasn't expecting all the noise from the neighbors. I'd recommend bringing plenty of white noise since we heard not only traffic but people shouting, music, and dogs into the early morning hours.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023We stayed in Dubuque while in Dyersville for the Field of Dreams experience baseball tournament. We checked in late on Friday evening and quickly realized that the neighborhood was not desirable. The check in process was quite easy and the house was nothing short of 5 star. It is an old 2 story that was very well kept and updated. We had everything we needed for our 2 day stay and were quite comfortable as the house is very homey! This would be a perfect rental if situated in a different location. With that being said we had zero issues with our stay and would highly recommend with a caution as to the location.

Stayed Dec 30, 2022We stayed for NYE and had a wonderful time. There's plenty of space in the house and it's in a great location. Would stay here again!
