1 Mi to Acadia: Home Near Downtown Bar Harbor!

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family visit and everything was clean and communication was good

The location was perfect. The house was clean and roomy for all five of us on a girls weekend.

Location was excellent, house was comfortable and large enough for everyone!

Says 4 bedrooms but one is library with sofa bed. Miss leading.

The property was exactly as described. Clean, close to everything, easy check-in process, and more than we could have asked for. We had a perfect vacation in Maine!

The house was spotless, well equipped, spacious and in a fantastic location. Easy walk to town and easy walk to some great hikes in the park. We enjoyed the fire pit and breakfast on the deck.

Perfect size and location for two families. Spacious bedrooms, easy walk into town.

Everything was great. Plenty of parking. Very well maintained property and clean. Had all the amenities and plenty of room. Very happy with our decision to stay here.

The host Ben was very easy to communicate with and accommodating We had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. The access to Acadia was perfect as we hiked daily and walked to the Main Street every late afternoon for food and drinks. Highly recommend this home and location

We were so pleasantly surprised....pictures do not do it justice. The home was well stocked, so comfortable, and I loved the decor, bay windows, fireplaces and patios. It is about a 15 minute walk to town, which we did frequently as it was a busy weekend in town. Ben and Joan were very responsive and communication was excellent. I hope we get to return with the rest of our family.

This house was super clean upon arrival and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We walked to town every day and usually more than once. Close to so many hiking trails too.

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable, so many little extra’s to make our stay wonderful. 15 minute walk to all of Bar Harbor’s activities and attractions. Short drive to the visitors center and Acadia, recommend just parking there and using the free bus system to get to all of Acadia’s attractions. This is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the area!

We had a blast! The house was perfect! Lots of room, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, close to town and hiking trails, lots of games and books, comfortable, & charming! The house and location made for a fabulous family vacation! Thank you!!

This is a quiet neighborhood and shady house on the edge of town. We all had a lovely stay here. The public works yard down the hill was a bit noisy.

This house exceeds our expectations. It is on a quiet street, Strawberry Hill Road, about .7 miles from town, an easy walk to the waterfront and the Bar Harbor stores and restaurants. There were 3 spacious bedrooms and an extra room that we used as a study but could be an additional bedroom. The kitchen, dining areas, and seating areas inside and out were spacious and perfect for our family of six. I highly recommend this property.

This place was excellent. A quiet setting, yet close enough to downtown to walk, if you’re inclined. The kitchen and living room area are especially nice, and the kitchen was well equipped. The living room furniture is new and comfortable. There are many thoughtful decorative touches inside, and even pretty flower gardens outside. Good showers and washing machine/dryer. One of the very best rentals we have stayed at.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was even nicer than the pictures portrayed online! It was perfect for our two families. It was home away from home! Couldn’t have been better!

The house was located in a perfect location just outside of town, close enough to walk to all that Bar Harbor has to offer and far enough out to be nice and quiet. All communication was very smooth and any questions we had were promptly answered. It was a wonderful experience for us having this stay be our base to explore the island!
