#1 LOCATION - Walk to Amusement Parks from PERFECT HOME, Great for Families

The house was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and loved that there were 2 sitting areas with tvs. The host was responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again on my next visit.

We had to come to the area under terrible circumstances. My brother was sent to Moffitt Cancer Center to find out about his cancer. We had relatives come from South Florida to spend some time with us too. The house was amazing for all of us! We grilled in the backyard and had many dinners on the covered porch. It has everything you need in the house. Sid was even very gracious to extend our stay 3 nights because we had to stay longer. I definitely recommend renting this house. Nice quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay for a ladies long weekend! Was nice to have 3 separate bedrooms. House was well stocked, clean and beds were very comfortable. AC kept us cool. The screened in sitting area was very cute. Location was very good. Owner was very responsive. Overall thumbs up and we would definitely stay there again!

Dish washer was broken when we went to us it. Street in front of the house was very busy and load. Got charged for extra cleaning after leaving for dirt on the gound.

Had four couples and plenty of space for all of us and the place was super clean and landlords very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended!

We had 6 adults and a toddler to attend my son's graduation and also to spend a day at Busch Gardens. The house was impeccably clean and fresh and had plenty of space for everyone. Communication was great with the hosts.

Great place on walking distance from Bush Gardens. So it was perfect for us. The owner was very nice.

Overall property was nice. Cannot walk to any restaurants or stores. One upgrade suggested is provide coffee, more toilet paper especially with size of group and perhaps small shampoo, conditioner and soap. Thank you!

I use the house to recover from treatment at Moffitt Cancer Center. It was clean comfortable and safe, new appliances.

We wanted to visit the Zoo and Busch Gardens. This house was close to both and allowed us to stay in a house together. The house was perfect for us! Plenty of room and very clean. The host was responsive and immediately answered any questions we had. We would stay here again!

The house is super comfortable, spacious, and peaceful. Everything works well and is organized keeping your possible needs, and comfort in mind. If we ever need to stay in Tampa again, this is the first place that I will check for availability. The owner was very attentive and kind.

Was the perfect location for us. Met family for Thanksgiving and made several trips to Bush Gardens, Having a full kitchen, we were able to prepare meals and save money not eating out, 5 min to Publix. Clean and had everything we needed. Outside space and seperate den were perfect for kids. Very comfortable! Great host and will definitely stay when we visit Tampa.

Came to town to watch grandson’s USF Cheer Team perform at the Raymond James Stadium. This house very near USF and we couldn’t have been more pleased in the accommodations. Sydney and Berta great hosts and we plan on coming back since this is his Freshman year!

Sidney was a very attentive host. The house was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having the outdoor space. Although my stay was for business it was close to entertainment if you are traveling with family.

My wife, a friend, and I stayed at Sydney and Berta’s for a week. From the moment we arrived made our selves comfortable and at home. The whole process with Sydney was a pleasure. He was very nice along the way. The home, which was walking distance to Busch Gardens and our event, was very clean and upkept. I don’t have a single clomplaint. It exceeded expectations and was very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks again Sydney and Berta!!
