Stayed May 28, 2026We had a wonderful stay! Unfortunately there was a storm that caused a power outage our first night. It had no impact on our overall stay. I only mention it to brag on the host for being easy to get a hold of, keeping us updated about the situation, and checking in with us until power was restored. The house was immaculate and in a great location. But the care they showed our family will definitely draw us back for another visit!

Stayed Nov 4, 2025If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would! The house is wonderful, perfect for a large group. The amenities were just what we needed without being fussy or overdone. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. There were some nice surprises for us in the house, which I’ll not mention so others might be surprised.

Stayed Oct 1, 2025The views were excellent. We soaw some beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the full moon. The kids had a great time roasting marshmallows at the outdoor fire. We also enjoyed the use of the community pool. Silver Dollar City was close. We enjoyed it all!

En-suites for each couple; two floors of large living areas with walkout decks; dining table and chairs for 12; great access to all parks, restaurants, attractions, parking for all cars; etc.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances, gadgets and dishes. There are a couple of items that need attention. only thing overall the flooring needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The hard surfaces need a scrubbing and carpets on stairs cleaned. Our grand kids feet were really dirty when walking around barefoot. Secondly, the curtain rods were falling down because they were drilled to the plaster only. Sounds like a nit pick but the house gets the direct afternoon sun so closing the curtains late afternoon and early evening was a must to sit at the tables. A great house that just needs a little TLC in the upkeep.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Nice house, during the summer you have no view of the lake. Kitchen was nice, but had limited plastic bowls and drinking glasses. The other think that was a little inconvenient was no shared bathroom, meaning you would have to use your bedroom bathroom. We had 12 people so everyone had to use thier assigned bathroom. Lots of parking which was a big plus. Good location to everything.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025This was the perfect house for a family trip to Branson. We had a total of 10 people (3 families). Each of us had our own floor. The bathrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors have tubs for the small kids. The entry floor is actually the 2nd floor which is great for grandparents that can’t do stairs. The bathrooms on the 2nd floor have walk in showers. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the fire pit at night!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025The home was by far the nicest of any homes I have ever rented through VRBO. Clean, modern, fully functioning, with tons and tons of space to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and paper products. Kitchen had every possible item one would need for cooking. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Would come back again and again!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025The property had not been completely cleaned upon our arrival. Bathroom sinks, tubs and showers had not been cleaned.Floors not swept. Clean towels not in bathrooms. After hearing of the situation, the property manager contacted us immediately to make things right. Seems the cleaning person got our check in date wrong and had only completed part of the cleaning. We had already rectified the situation and therefore declined her coming out to finish the work. The following day, she stopped by to replenish toilet paper, paper towels and a nice welcoming basket. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and the property was perfect for our large group. I do feel we deserve a partial refund for having to complete the cleaning before we felt comfortable staying. We did make doubly sure that we left the property in much better condition than when we found it.

Stayed Feb 2, 2025Family from TX and ND elected to meet at Branson for our annual visit. This home was a perfect location for us. We were impressed with how well stocked the home was - all the amenities that would be available at a hotel plus the benefit of some cooking staples. We brought snacks and made brunch each day and then enjoyed supper in Branson. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment we needed for our meals. Compared to a recent stay at a VRBO in FL - the supplies available at this house were almost extravagant and certainly welcome. We would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Seven friends gathered from Florida, Arizona, Kansas and Missouri for our annual girls trip. This place was perfect! We each had our own bathroom and bedroom. Large living rooms and tvs gave us plenty of space to stretch out and watch the Monday Night Football Game. The kitchen was well-furnished! They even had a welcome basket of snacks for us! We’d highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 28, 2024Thank you!! This house has everything! 7 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. It was perfect! There is even a full size refrigerator and an area to lounge in the lower level where three bedrooms are located. If we ever come back to Branson we will definitely stay here again!
