Just inside the main front entry door is a bedroom complete with a SMART TV, full ba (shower), Queen size bed, & access to our rare double wide parking garage, complete with EV Charger (see “Parking” below for more info).

2nd LEVEL (living area + half ba + deck)
A set of stairs leads you to the 2nd level main living area great room that connects the kitchen to the living room to provide an open & spacious space for the whole group to gather. This gourmet chef's kitchen is outfitted with GE Monogram stainless steel appliances, white quartz counters & a beautiful oversized island bar with hanging pendant lights & bar seating for 5.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a sofa sleeper sectional, wall-mount SMART TV, accent chair & sliding glass doors that lead to a covered outdoor view deck with outdoor dining seating & BBQ. Rounding out this space is a convenient half bath.

3rd LEVEL (2br's + 2ba's)
The top level features a beautiful master suite, complete with a King size bed, sliding glass doors that open to a Juliet balcony for lots of sunlight & coastal breezes, spacious walk-in closet, SMART TV & ensuite bath with surround shower. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    We are a family of 6. The townhouse convenient located between the bay and mission beach which my kids absolutely loved. The house was also equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our 4 night stay. The 2 car tandem garage was also a plus. We parked a Toyota Sienna and was able to park it in the garage at a slant. The area was also safe and quiet. We look forward to staying in their other properties in the area when we visit again!

    Great stay, whole process from the start was impressive. Communications were fast and friendly and the house was awesome. Super simple to check in and out of the property.Location location location. What a great spot it’s so easy to get to the bayside beaches with little kids and the quick walk to the ocean side with a major crosswalk within a 100yds was perfect. The garage was huge and we could fit our Tahoe in there and have plenty of room for our beach stuff. Neighborhood is super quiet on this side of the action and we smiled a few times when we packed up for the night (ocean side) and came back to such a warm and quiet home. Markets and dining options everywhere and less than 1/2mile down the road which makes for some good strolls with the kiddos.Speaking of the home WOW! Three levels of comfort and style, all our needs were taken care of. Every family member raved about their rooms and the beds and we all slept great every night we were there. Kitchen was awesome and we had some great family meals while enjoying the breeze from the beach with the double sliding doors to the deck that open all the way up filling the house with the smell of the ocean. The access to SeaWorld and Belmont Park are second to none and every night we got to see the wonderful (and not loud) fireworks display from SeaWorld. You couldn’t have asked for a better spot to experience the 4th of July festivities that light up in a panoramic style all across the bay! Great times!

    Our family was in town for SDSU graduation for our daughter and the condo was great, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was 2 blocks from the beach where we took grad pictures, and a beautiful setting. Very close to downtown San Diego, SD Zoo & Coronado. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo.

    This property was perfect for my family during our spring break stay. Super convenient location, close to the beach, Belmont Park and all Mission Beach has to offer. The place was as advertised, clean, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. Love that even beach supplies were provided to use - the wagon and beach chairs were a go to for our daily beach adventures. Highly recommend and would stay again in future trips to the area.

    This property is well maintained, clean and the kitchen is well supplied with kitchen supplies and dishes. When we used the grill there must have been a gas issue because there was a flame burst that knocked one of the men back from the grill. TV instructions are not easy to follow. View is non-existent. Overall, the condo itself is pleasant and we did enjoy our stay. Bikes were a great addition

    We had a great time in the condo. It was the perfect size for 3 couples. The location was perfect. Just steps from the bay beach. The house was equipped with lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and paddle boards, surf boards. Very clean!

    The house was in the perfect location, with effortless access to the Pacific Ocean on one side, and the cove on the other side. It was akin to having the best of 2 worlds.......the ocean with its power and beauty, and the cove with its quietude. The house was well-appointed, with all you need to have a relaxing stay. Splendid!

    Perfect location to access the bay and beach. Only minor hiccup was one AC unit was making a loud grinding noise when we arrived. Property manager kept saying they would send someone out, but didn't schedule it until day before we were to leave. At that point, no sense. Other than that, would stay there again.

    I have used VRBO for years and stayed at multiple properties. I had to write a review about this property. This house exceptional in every way! Quiet, clean, steps from the beach and extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is close to restaurants and shops as well. I stayed with friends for a girls weekend (we are all in our 50’s and 60’s) and we absolutely loved everything about this amazing property. Would most definitely stay here again! Book it now!

    This beach house was in a great location and only a 5 minute or so walk to Belmont Park or the local park for our kids. There was plenty of space and the home it self has an upscale feel and comes with everything you need from beach gear to coffee and coffee maker. We had a great time and the house definitely played a part.
