1 bedroom / 1 bath duplex in a very quiet neighborhood.

The place is in a peaceful corner of a neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and bars, and thereare so many cool spots to easily walk to. Well stocked with all sorts of thoughtful touches: all sizes of dishes and mugs, throw blankets, nice smelling soap, coffee!

There is a green space and trails at the end of the street leading to the river walk!

The home is a duplex, you will have access to entire home side of duplex.

The property is professionally managed by SuperHostIt, and support is available through the platform, email, or phone.

Private covered parking is available for use with stay. Many people enjoying biking the neighborhood and to close bars and restaurants.

Booking Cancellations - If a guest decides to cancel within the cancelation deadline, guest will be refunded as outlined in the policy minus processing fees.

►The property is located within walking distance to night life (bars and restaurants). There may be some noise from people walking to and from their vehicles between 10:00pm-2:30am.

We love hosting our furry friends. Pets are allowed up to 3 pets. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. If coming with pets, please list during reservation. AFTER RESERVATION is confirmed we will request the pet fee. For guests staying for a month or longer a $350 pet fee will be collected.

Pet Requirements - Pets must be:
- Up-to-date on vaccinations required by state law
- Free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas
- Clean and well groomed
- House-trained
- Obedient, well-socialized and with no history of biting, excessive barking, chasing or aggressive behavior

Pet Owner Responsibilities - Pet owners must agree to:
- Be 100% responsible for their pet’s behavior, well-being and hygiene at all times
- Clean up after their pet immediately any time the outdoor pet relief area is used or an accident occurs
- Ensure their pet is not left unattended for long periods of time at the property
- Watch your pet outdoors (while some of our properties have fenced backyards we cannot be held liable for pets getting out through holes or under fence)
- Not allow pets on furniture
- Be legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet
- Prior to checking out of the property, cleanup after my pet to not leave behind a need for excessive cleaning

By booking this property I agree to pet agreement above. If I fail to live up to any portion of the pet agreement, I agree that the Property Owner has the right to revoke permission for my pet to stay at the property, and/or to revoke my stay/booking including request additional charges for excessive cleaning or damage to property cause by pets.

Waiver of Liability
I understand that living in pet-friendly housing comes with certain risks, including my own physical or psychological injury, pain or suffering, and that of the people who live around me. I assume all risks associated with my pet ownership, whether known or unknown to me, and take legal and financial responsibility for all consequences.
I unconditionally indemnify and agree to hold harmless the property, its management, owners, partners or agents, from any and all loss, damage, liability and expense, including court costs and attorney fees, that may result from having my pet with me in or on the property. This includes injuries, death, property damage or any other issues, whether caused by me, my pet or by anyone else including my guests.

I agree that I have read this agreement completely and understand the legal consequences of it, including assuming all risk of my pet and pet ownership.

    Found ourselves with 2 dogs and no where to stay.The host was very accommodating and made sure we had somewhere to lay our heads. It is a well kept home in a great location.

    Great location for walking to the Pearl along the Riverwalk. There is a new, paved walkway at the end of the street that ties into the Riverwalk. To walk to the Pearl in about 10 minutes or so, turn right, stay on the right side of the river and cross over at the next low bridge. It is also very close driving distance. The property was very clean, the host was responsive to questions and this duplex was quiet and comfortable for two people. A few maintenance issues do need to be addressed. Some tile in the bath is coming away from the wall and some grout needs to be replaced. Overhead lighting is extremely dim and the whole unit could benefit from brighter bulbs. Given the location and the quiet neighborhood we would certainly stay here again.
