Stayed May 16, 2025Great location, really close to the pearl and quarry area. There are lots of homeless people in the area, but they mostly keep to themselves. Nice and quiet area with a good neighborhood to the north.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024I have been stating since late June waiting for my new home to be finished. It’s a $10 Uber ride to the Pearl and tons of small restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very safe area no issues walking late and no issues parking on the street. Fully equipped unit with 2 bathrooms and dishwasher.
