Great location, space, and amenities for a family vacation!

Beautiful home in an incredible location on a quiet street! Golf cart was a nice perk. Kitchen was well equipped. House has a good flow with lots of indoor/outdoor space. A wonderful experience for our family in Watercolor!

I really enjoyed what this property and location had to offer. I have it a 4, but it would be more like a 4.8 :)! Amenities and location were fantastic. Can walk or use cart to the pool/water slides. Easy to use golf cart to get into Seaside and Beach Club. Publix was very easy to get too! Had nice beach toys to use. I think for the cost, it was a little more than what I thought it offered as a whole. Thank you to the host!

Our last minute trip was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and even nicer than it appeared in the already gorgeous pictures. It had everything we needed and even some additional bonus supplies like beach toys and sports equipment for my kids to play with. Nicole was the best host and provided us so much information about the house and the area and was such a great communicator during the entire trip. The location of this home is also so convenient to amenities while also feeling a little more private than some of the others. The side street was great for our kiddos to be able to ride rental bikes safely and independently while we watched from the front porch swing (our favorite spot). We loved this house and will be back - could not recommend it more.

We loved our stay at Salty Escape in the Watercolor Resort. The beautiful home was perfect for 2 couples with 2 master suites. The 6 seater golf cart and the four bikes were wonderful amenities. Our only complaint was that we didn’t get to stay longer! We are already planning a return trip.

We had a wonderful stay. The house on the side street was quiet and allowed the kids to play there. The house was very clean and comfortable Loved cuddling up on the large swing on front porch. We throughly enjoyed the golf cart and bikes. The trolley made it easy to enjoy all the pools and beach. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home and great location within Watercolor for kids (quick walk to Camp Watercolor and playground). It’s clear that the owners put a ton of love and effort into the place, it doesn’t feel like a typical rental that’s done on the cheap. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are very comfortable! We loved hanging out on the front porch. Some sort of shelfing or cabinet for pantry items would be a nice addition, but otherwise a perfect spot!

Everything was great and described perfectly. The golf cart and bike were great amenities. The watercolor access was also one of the highlights of this property. We are already planning our next stay!

Our family of 6 loved our stay. The house is perfect. Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Front porch was very enjoyable. Golf cart allowed for easy and fun back and forth to beach and camp watercolor. Nicole was very kind and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

Great location. Having the golf cart was really nice. Being able to walk to the Camp watercolor was also a plus. Home was very roomy and accommodated our family very well.

Great location in Watercolor and close to everything a family could need for a vacation. Grocery store, pool, beaches, and restaurants were all a bike or golf cart ride away.

We loved our time staying at the house. It has all you need and the bedroom layout is perfect. The front and back porch offer a wonderful place for conversation, reading, relaxing. We would book it again absolutely! The location is the BEST!

Great property, very clean, great mother in law suite on first level master. A small dresser in the bunk room would be a great addition.

This was the best house we have gotten on 30a so far! The location was absolutely perfect- even beyond being close to camp watercolor! The nature preserve in the back is great for exploring, and the house is located across from a courtyard type thing in the front. It’s a very quiet street, we often played whiffle ball out front and it was very safe. The golf cart worked great, the house was clean (and gorgeous), nothing was broken, and the owner was easy to get in touch with! We would definitely recommend this house!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this lovely Watercolor home. Great location, great amenities and very clean. Home is stocked with everything you need and great communication with the property manager.

This is our second time to stay with this host. It works well for us as Grandparents stay in the downstairs bedroom and adjoining bath. Up stairs our daughter, son in law and 30 month old grandson stayed in large Master Bedroom, rented crib and loved the huge tub for bath time. Our 7 year old granddaughter loved the bunk room sleeps 4 and set all her stuff up in there. There her parents had the other bedroom with en-suite bath next to her. The kitchen , dining room table and living area are all beautiful done and so much room with the bonus of a half bath downstairs. Full size washer and dryer. Love the grill on the large back porch backs up to nature preserve. Bonus she has a storage bin full of beach toys ! Also so close to Camp Watercolor. We took the 6 seater golf cart everywhere. So lovely the Watercolor Beach Club has baby pool. Kids pool and adult pool plus good food and drinks. Beach access so easy with parking in garage underneath. Renting our beach chairs via St. Joes so easy as set up everyday with umbrellas. Host has totally updated the home and it’s really nice, light and bright. We hope to rent it every year !

House is in great condition and well stocked. Location is one of our favorites. Communication with owners was prompt, professional, and one of the best we have ever experienced.
