1 block from Stadium, Minutes to airport & downtown, King beds, Jetted Bathtub

We rented this property as we were attending two days of a concert at Raymond James Stadium. The location was exactly as advertised with a short 7 minute walk to the stadium. What wasn't mentioned (and should be) is that the walk from this house is shorter than the walk from different parts of the parking lots as well as the fact that all the houses in the neighborhood's in the area rent their yards. As we were walking back after the 1st night some people couldn't believe we were staying there as it was so convenient. The house was in great shape and the host was extremely friendly and with great communication on what to expect and made sure to touch base during our stay to make sure everything was good. Overall I don't think you could ask for much more for the price and convenience of this property.

This house was like staying at the Ritz. The layout was fantastic, the kitchen is beautiful, the outdoor space was an unexpected bonus. I can't say enough good things about this house. It was very comfortable for our family and we enjoyed everything about this house.

The location was PERFECT, we were there for a paintball tournament which was in the stadium and parking lot of the stadium. If we didn’t have as much down time as we did, maybe we wouldn’t have noticed the lack of televisions, but with 3 couples staying there and only having one television that would work (the remotes couldn’t be found for the televisions in the bathroom of the master, nor the other two bedrooms. There also needs to be a TV outside in the covered porch area. Other that, my only other complaint is that there needs to be instructions on property for the shower in the master, and there needs to be a better seal at the bottom of the shower door, because in figuring out which handle works which shower head, water sprayed out of the shower and was ALL over the floor. The shower on/off also had to be in the exact right position so it didn’t drip. So very minor things, to be sure! We will try to book again next year if there is a paintball tournament there again.

Perfect location. Amazing layout. Wonderful view. Fantastic rooftop pool/lounge area ! 100% recommendation. I will return here for sure. Thank you for an amazing and seemless stay !

Everything was absolutely amazing, the house is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked, all you need are your clothes. I would absolutely stay there next time I'm in Tampa.
