Enjoy meals in the all-new, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a large pantry and plenty of seating. Take advantage of the newly expanded deck by grilling or enjoying the views outside for happy hour! All three bedrooms are ensuite and feature blackout shades and closets with ample storage.     We loved the rental! We had two families with a bunch of small kiddos and we loved being so close to everything. We could walk to pretty much everything we wanted and that was such a game changer. The place is beautiful and had everything we needed! My only tip would be to bring an extra baby gate for all the stairs. We managed though and absolutely loved it. We will be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice rental property. It was spotless and the layout worked nicely. I’m not sure we would rent it again as the decor is tired (the beds and bedding felt tattered and worn and the living room furniture felt cheap) for the price. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. The back deck was our favorite part as it offers a much better view than the pictures show. You can see the ski hill and Main Street. We also didn’t realize the property was a duplex because VRBO has it listed as a house. Luckily, there weren’t other renters there at the same time. The location of the house is perfect. We have young children and lived being close to the market and the playground. It’s also close to all the dining options. Another negative was the smell. The cleaning products used left the strongest odor and we had to leave the screen door open for two days before it was bearable.

    First, let me say Ryan, our contact, was extremely engaged. Second, the property was indeed perfect for our needs….the amenities - i.e. kitchen appliances - definite upgraded frig, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher & oven. One of the better ‘appointed’ kitchen as far as - ALL utensils, plates, glasses and stemware (in abundance for larger groups). Our party included 2 Adult couples, an 8-month old and 2 year-old…separate sleeping areas for the kids and adults were paramount and this property yet again ‘filled the bill’. Add in the very quiet neighborhood and complete ‘Breck’ Main St access - including doughnut shop and Gondola, 4-minute walk away…COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER! DEFINITELY on our list of ‘go-to’ properties for future trips!!!

    My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this downtown Breckenridge home. Easy walk to the gondola for skiing, short walk to all downtown restaurants and shops, and a wonderful home to simply relax in after a full day of skiing!

    Breckenridge is amazing, and so is this condo! Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. A short walk to all Breckenridge has to offer. Our host Ryan was very accomodating with a last minute late check out request. I would highly recommend and we hope to return someday. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

City Market, the gondola, restaurants and shopping are all just a few minute walk which was great because parking can get tricky on Main Street during peek hours. The condo is so well done with a lot of high end finishes. Super clean and very well maintained. Our family will definitely be back!
