Love the location, quick walk to the beach. Many amenities on site for a successful beach vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Very quick response as well.

Our stay was wonderful. Just as described, the property is just steps from the beach on a quiet street, but still very close to dining and entertainment options. The house is VERY large, and a great value. It worked perfectly for our three-generation family, staying for a couple days to check out the space center and beaches before getting on our cruise. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was especially nice. Our tween boys loved the foosball table as well. Communication with Greg, the host, was always extremely quick, clear, and friendly. We cruise once a year out of Port Canaveral, and we expect this house to be our regular pre-cruise vacation spot!

Overall, this vrbo met our needs and had sufficient space for all of us. The location is great as it is close to shopping and a block from the beach. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The garage had some beach gear and we enjoyed using the umbrella at the beach. I do believe that the house needs a deep cleaning as the floors weren't the cleanest. There were missing blinds in the living area and we draped sheets over the LR furniture because it was stained. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the host was responsive and communicated when we reached out.

The house was beautiful with a lot of open space. Having three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a private balcony expanded the living space even more. I was even able to watch a rocket launch from the bedroom balcony one night late.

Host very easy to contact. Great space, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, right next to grocery store and close to beach. Balconies and porches were a nice touch. More than enough bathrooms made it easy for whole family to stay comfortably. Perfect spot for a good deal

The host let us in right when we arrived. Easy check in. Clear instructions. The location is very close to the beach and fun restaurants. We walked almost everywhere.

The location to the beach was Excellent, the house was clean and the owner was easy to get ahold of and talk to. would highly recommend.

Home was beautiful and clean. Greg was super accommodating and we even forgot an item after check out, in which he was also very understanding and letting us back in!

Greg's place was so nice, spacious and clean! 5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room to be together to watch a movie and eat our meals and also to spread out and have our own space. The location is great, just a block from the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a huge and clean property! We go yearly to cocoa beach and we are in search of a perfect annual house…this is it. It was huge, clean, and great for multiple ages! All the bathrooms were amazing. We love that the rooms are upstairs and the kitchen is down for people that wake up at different times! Beds were more comfortable than most other rentals we have stayed in. Any issues we had the property manager was very quick to respond and keep us up to date! It a walk from Dunkin and multiple other restaurants as well as the beach! Really hope this property is available next time we vacation down!

Everything starts with communication and Greg was on point. Smooth process and even let us check in early and a later check out time if needed. The house was an A and the private bathrooms for each room was a bonus since we had 5 adults. In the garage were boogie boards, plenty of beach chairs, a surf board to use and a beach buggy to carry things. Everything we needed to have a blast. The Dunkin Donuts right around the corner was perfect. Greg was a fantastic host and very attentive to us. We will return for sure.
