1-bedroom vacation home 12 minutes from Bronx Zoo

Very clean! Great hospitality! Will definitely book again.

The property is very much up kept and away from all of the noise. This was my first time in NY and this space was an addition to how much I would love to come back.

We had no issues with our stay. Christopher was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall worked out great. Great proximity to the events we had going on. Lacks great lighting in the bathroom and maybe a comfy sitting area inside. It was a great stay for the money.

It’s was okay

Easy access. Clean space. only challenge was there is a dog in the house above that barks when you come in but that was mostly a non issue for us.l because we love dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Check-in was fine. Kitchen was fine. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom has very hot water when you need it. A light fixture above the mirror and sink in the bathroom would be a welcomed addition. Currently, the ceiling light that also has a bluetooth speaker built-in for connecting your music device causes shadows when you are getting ready. You need to step back a few steps from the sink to avoid shadows.

Definitely a 5-star stay! I just wish we had discovered this place earlier—these past four years while our daughter was at Fordham University, we stayed at some pretty questionable spots. Had we known about this place, this would have been our go-to every single time! Hosts were the best! Nice, beautiful and quiet neighborhood! And plenty of parking on the street! We absolutely loved it!!

Going to book again

We stayed for several days because the price was 1/4 the price of staying in the city. The apartment was clean and private. Parking was free and we ran in the neighborhood each morning. Everyone we met was very nice.

We had a great stay. Host was super friendly. Room was just as pictured and advertised. Quick Metro train available to get into the city in 30 minutes. Apartment was clean and there were all the things needed to cook if needed. Lovely home beautiful kept yard. We could not have been more pleased with our stay! The location was quiet and beautiful! Close enough to the City for sightseeing but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Our host was so easy to work with and was wonderful about responding to anything we needed.

The host was great to communicate with. This place has everything that you might need on your stay, including an ice cream scoop. Subway/train terminals are a 20 min walk or $11 Uber ride. There are buses that run closer but are still on the cash system. We throughly enjoyed all elements of this property.
