1 Bedroom Unit Completely Renovated close to Atlantic Ave and Beach

We were visiting friends in Delray and this apartment was perfect as our home base for sleeping and showering. It is a small, cozy 1 bedroom with a large TV in the sitting room & kitchenette area. Had a working oven, stove, toaster & small refrigerator. Quiet at night and convenient to the Publix just down the road. An easy drive into Pineapple Grove art district and not far drive from the beach. Bed was comfortable, and AC unit in bedroom worked well. The small kitchen was equipped with dish soap, paper towels & basic spices which was nice. We only ate breakfast here, as there are lots of good restaurant choices nearby. Bathroom was good size with a shower. Large TV in the sitting room. Outdoor seating as you enter from the side. Had your own parking space. Would come back, but note that you need a car to get downtown or to the beach. Note: Laundry was on the property, but not inside the apartment.

the location is fantastic! very clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood. out and about all day,,,,, then perfect to come and chill for the night Check in was super easy and the host a real nice guy! Thanks for helping enjoy our stay!

I loved our stay, mybwofe got to study outside behind the gated and keylocked fence. The laundry room was perfect and the studio was cozy. We were so happy there was an electric tea kettle and tea. Snack was so nice. It was around adorable bakery and dinning selection. It was the perfect stay.

Small and cozy one bedroom apartment conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood and 7 minutes drive to the beach. Very comfortable bed, small nice kitchen equipped with everything like your home kitchen, and nice bathroom.

Exceeded expectations by far. Excellent location great communication with host. Very comfy cozy.

The unit was adequate but could use a deep cleaning. AC unit in living room didn't work. Bedroom AC unit eventually cooled the entire place but struggled to keep up with the afternoon heat. Bed was extremely hard. It was nice having access to washer and dryer. Convenient location. People in the back unit (possibly other guests) were loud and disruptive arguing on the property.
