0.2 Mi to Beach, Tiki Bar, Huge Pool, Close to Silver Sands Shopping

The home was great for our 3-family vacation! We had more than enough space and beds for the large group of 13. We did have some issues with the pool/spa and the sprinklers while we were there. The property management group was responsive and helped us with some of the sprinkler issues. The pool & spa were not working properly before our arrival so we were at least aware there could be continued issues. Also, the pool cleaner came by on Thursday around 11:00am and was going to put chlorine in the pool (which would have made the pool unusable for 4 hours), until we asked her to not do it if she didn’t have to. The property management group should work on better timing with the pool cleaning to ensure families aren’t displaced. The only other complaint is that the home didn’t offer any beach gear for use. With the house being so close to the beach and pretty pricey to rent, this would be a great thing to offer visitors. The kitchen was well-equipped for the most part, but a few more containers to store leftovers would be great so families don’t have to bring or buy their own.Overall, we had a good experience and would love to return!

We had a great time! House was wonderful everything was clean and instructions were easy we really enjoyed the pool area. There is so much space we were only 4 but you could easily and comfortably fit a large family and all have your own space! The beach location was a short walk down the block and the beach was amazing as well as the weather. Lots of things to do nearby and many stores easy to get doordash. Great place!

Beautiful home! Our family of 8 adults and 7 children were so comfortable and enjoyed the fantastic pool and fenced in backyard! Just minutes from the beach and beautiful emerald waters. Cannot say enough about how beautiful this home is.

Perfect location, especially with kids. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The beach, pool, and yard kept the kids entertained, while the tiki bar kept the adults entertained. Shopping and restaurants are a short drive. Highly recommend.

There were about 12-15 of us staying throughout the week on a family vacation. We LOVED this house- the backyard was amazing as was the location, just a quick 5 min walk to the beach. Ages ranged from 1-80. Each of the bedrooms (minus kids room) had its own bathroom which was great. We had some issues with the pool and hot tub not getting hot (we paid for the additional heating) but it was because everything was brand new and just not setup right yet. The owners were great in helping us along with the rental company. Would come back for sure!

This house was exactly as described and then some. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the amazing outdoor space with pool and tiki bar, to the short walk to the beach, this house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 3 children. We loved everything about this house and the week spent making memories with our adult children and their kids. This will definitely be on our list to rent again when we make our next trip to the beach.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! It is a trip to be remembered. It’s a lovely, quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach. The check-in and check-out process was so easy. I hope to book this property again in the future!
