Stayed Jun 7, 2025Michelle and Greg were the most welcoming hosts that were so helpful and kind! The property and RV are beautiful and very well maintained, and you're so close to the animals while still having the luxuries of being in the RV. The perfect distance from Nashville if you don't want to be in the city and loads of options for day trips. We could not have asked for a better experience at the Alpaca Campa. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here! They provided treats for the animals and even cupcakes and drinks for our anniversary and birthday! The camper can get a little warm but it was also extremely hot outside. The owner provided us with fans and even an extra one during the stay that helped tremendously! We would absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a little getaway.

Stayed May 24, 2025Michelle and Greg were great, they were open to answering any questions whatsoever, but otherwise gave us complete privacy. The alpacas were lovely, they all had so much personality. We were delighted to see they also owned chickens that would occasionally roam the area too, and they even left us some eggs from their chickens in the fridge!! The decor of the camper makes it so ultra cozy, a place where we didn't mind, but actually quite enjoyed staying home for a day rather than hitting the city. The location is nestled in an area that's accessible to many attractions. We'd love to come back one day!

Stayed Mar 21, 2025The Alpaca Campa was simply amazing. Exactly as described in photos but sooooooo cute in person. Alpacas, chickens, and the sweetest cat named Kitty Kitty kept us company! Michelle was so kind and helpful! We had a slight communication issue when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the campber

Stayed Nov 29, 2024My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. Greg and Michelle are super responsive if you have questions but also provide complete privacy. Driving into Nashville is quick and easy, and the camper is just perfect - many thoughtful touches. We had such a cozy retreat surrounded by adorably inquisitive alpacas (and Kitty Kitty!) and would book again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024Where to begin! Michelle was so sweet and informative. We had a long drive (11+hrs) and she made sure the camper was open for us so we could get in quickly and get some rest. We were greeted upon our arrival by a super sweet kitty who we later learned is called Kitty Kitty . (Sometimes frisky but so lovely) We followed the pathway to the camper that is lit up so nicely. Inside was just the most darling thing. Alpaca themed accents here and there, plenty of games to play, multiple tvs to watch shows, snacks in the fridge for the alpacas, a brita pitcher, bottles of water, towels… such cozy decor. You are sure to feel right at home here. :) Michelle also has a tour guide booklet she’s put together with suggestions for places to eat and explore (some with personal notes)! How thoughtful! The alpacas are the cutest, and every now and then a goat would wander over also. :) We loved watching them at all hours of the day. It’s just such a peaceful place to be and exist. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed at all. Being only a 30 minute drive from Nashville this was a no brainier. Such a unique experience! The stove and shower were a learning experience for us but Michelle is incredibly helpful, any questions you may have she is more than happy to help! Thank you so much for everything and we can’t wait to come back again someday! ?

Stayed Oct 12, 2024My husband and I were looking for a fun staycation spot near Nashville, TN. Magnolia Acres delivered! The hosts, Michelle and Greg, were very gracious. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the RV and the farm. In addition to alpacas, the farm also has chickens, goats and sheep! Even though we were very close to the animals, the RV and the outside areas smelled very clean. There was lots to do in the Gallatin/ Hendersonville area. Tons of shopping opportunities and restaurants too. Michelle gave us some great recommendations. We tried out Demos and 393 Cafe - both were delicious! We didn't do any cooking while there but the RV had everything we would have needed. It was spacious and decorated to give a warm and cozy feeling. The bed was very comfortable! If you are looking for a unique overnight experience near Nashville, I highly recommend magnolia acres. It is a beautiful and relaxing location and alpaca selfies were a fun bonus!
