GUEST OCCUPANCY

Additional guests are $20 per person, per night.

Any guests beyond the included occupancy must be disclosed and added to the reservation before arrival.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the home as well as the resort's available community amenities.

Our home is privately owned and located within a resort-style RV community. Community amenities are owned, operated, and maintained by the resort rather than by the property owners.

The resort may occasionally perform maintenance, update facilities, adjust operating hours, hold community events, or temporarily close amenities.

We will make every effort to notify guests of scheduled maintenance or closures that we are made aware of before arrival. Because these facilities are managed by the resort and are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that every community amenity will be available throughout your entire stay.

IMPORTANT SEASONAL POOL NOTICE

The community heated pool may be temporarily closed during September and October 2026 for scheduled maintenance.

This maintenance is managed by the resort and is outside of our control. All other resort amenities are expected to remain available unless otherwise noted.

The possibility of the pool closure has been disclosed in advance, and pricing during the affected period has been adjusted accordingly.

REQUIRED RESORT REGISTRATION

All guests must complete a short JotForm at least one week before arrival as part of the resort's registration and check-in requirements.

The form requests basic information including:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Reservation information

This information is used to:

• Register your stay with the resort
• Provide community rules and regulations
• Help ensure a smooth arrival
• Communicate important resort information
• Provide weather, emergency, or maintenance updates when necessary

Completion of the JotForm is a required part of the reservation.

Failure to submit the required information at least one week before arrival may result in check-in delays or the resort denying access until registration requirements have been completed.

IMPORTANT RESORT INFORMATION

Community amenities, operating hours, maintenance schedules, and availability are controlled by the resort and may change without notice.

Temporary amenity closures or operational changes that are outside of the property owner's control do not automatically qualify for a refund, discount, or compensation, subject to the terms and policies governing your VRBO reservation.
