Communication with Dave was excellent. The property was maintained very well and was very clean. The location was so nice, with quick access to the pool, beach and laundry. Definitely would recommend to any one to stay here.
This rental is an older place but it served its purpose well. The deck is the highlight with a wonderful view of the bay. It is a short walk to the beach and located directly across from laundry room. The owner was nice and answered all my questions that first day.
My family has been coming to this resort for the past 12 years. It is beautiful peaceful place on the water with kids running their bikes, playing in the pools, evening grills on the decks, beautiful sunsets and nice breeze off the bay. The unit was very clean, AC worked great ( we had a few 95+ days), covered deck and breeze off the bay was perfect. Definitely coming back
Location was the best part of this property. Trailer was old but basically clean. Deck was so beatiful and wish we could have enjoyed it but deck and furniture was completely covered by spiders and sider webs. Needs to be washed regularly but hose also completely covered and not hooked up. Sofa bed is held together by plywood and needed to be re constructed every night. For the price it is a pretty goid deal but honestly could be so much better with just a little TLC. Such a beautiful spot.
We had a great stay! Shari and David are wonderful. The place was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect oasis! Thank you so much!!!
Staying close to Little Island in Sandbridge for a week was a real treat after 15+ years of driving out to the beach for 30-40 minutes each way! The property location is ideal for people who love being in the outdoors. The rental is located right next to Back Bay. Water-access is a major perk when staying at the rental for anyone wanting to paddle or fish. Our teen twins enjoyed the wide variety of activities at the RV resort such as basketball, tennis, and swimming in the pool. Our stay in the rental was comfortable and cozy. The accommodations exceeded our expectations!
Very nice cottage right on the water. Stayed there a few times now over the past years and plan to be back. Close to the community entrance, laundry and playground.
Nice weather, short distance to the ocean. Great restaurant nearby!
We will definitely go back and hope that the weather cooperates!
This one bedroom trailer is in the prime location for a beach getaway. Although the trailer is dated and could use some amenities the location makes up for it. No WiFi was a bummer and the code we were given didn’t work at the “clubhouse”. We didn’t push the issue to have a resolve. The trailer itself is older and I had to repair a chair because the first time my son sat in it, it fell off the base. No biggie for me, but I did have to buy a screwdriver. They had plenty of dishes and seemed to have a new grill that worked fine. We were warned about the ants but they did a good job keeping them away. We had no problems with them. The spiders were an issue though. They are everywhere outside. I know it’s Mother Nature but if you can’t deal with spiders don’t come here. The waterfront wall out back was a great spot to fish and hang out. The RV park is nice and quiet and they are located about 50 feet from the laundry room which is nice. Friday and Saturday night they have live music at the bar that’s outside the park, but sounds like it’s right next door. Overall the place was very clean and basic but I wouldn’t mind coming back.
