The place said 2 bathrooms but only has one just saying

We got this because of a great price and location as we thought we'd have 3 to 5 people stay. As it turns out there were just two of us and I opted for the bunk bed. One was too high off the ground to get in and out of and the ladder was against the wall making it difficult to get up. The other bed was too short (about 1 to 2 feet too short). Otherwise it was a good place to stay and the property manager was the best ever.

We didn’t know what to expect when we got to the property because pictures show you 1thing but to see it for ourselves is another thing. The pictures did not disappoint. The RV was clean, had tons of storage and was quite comfortable. There was plenty of linens and things like toilet paper and paper towels. No need to get utensils, cookware or any dining ware because those things have also been supplied.Though I didn’t spend a lot of time using the pool, when I did, it was lovely. Refreshing and cool. It’s a nice length and depth plus there are floaties, lol. No, the pool isn’t heated but really, do you want that in these heat, not me. A special thanks and mention to the property manager, Kim. She is wonderful! She is friendly, professional, informative and very kind. If we had any issues or questions, she was more than happy to answer them. She even gave us great suggestions for dinning and things to do. I can tell she really cares about what she does and how the property is maintained. I will note that there are other properties at the location so you do share the laundry room and pool. The convenience of shopping and things to see and do was great. I would highly recommend this property for a comfy, cozy stay.

Comfortable accommodations. Location was peaceful. The pool was so handy for the children to enjoy while the adults planned and packed for the day's outing. Washer and dryer facilities were good. The management made sure we were comfortable and provided us with much more than we ever expected!

Comfortable and accomodating. Minutes to new smyrna nightlife amd restaurants

Worked out great for two people. Had everything we needed and very comfortable. Kim, the manager, was very responsive and helpful. Close to my family as well, which was very important. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again in the future

This property is great place for families lots of space for kids to play yet quite area ,easy to get to beach and town. Kim the property manager is the best she goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable.
