Home is on a private one acre lot which provides plenty of parking for cars, boats, or trailers. Close to marina with boat launch and walking distance to Sandy Island Beach State Park. Several restaurants are also in walking distance which offer great food and entertainment. Beautiful sunsets every night! Great fishing! Enjoy a day on Lake Ontario's sandy beaches then relax at home with a campfire (fire pit and wood provided) and play corn hole (provided).

Stayed Aug 11, 2023Thank you so much to Tom and his wife for sharing this Great place with us! It was so comfortable for 4 adults. We enjoyed a fire with wood that was supplied. We had some friendly competition on the cornhole boards. We had everything we needed to have a great weekend!
