Stayed Sep 9, 2021Communication was great, and they left a nice welcome treat of cookies. The beds were comfortable. My main reason for booking was to be off the main road/in a quiet area. It was fairly quiet, the location it’s in is more industrial with a mix of trailer homes and RVs. The unit itself has quite a bit of wear and tear, it looks better in the photos. The bathroom was dirty, and when going to use the teapot, I discovered it had a layer of slime in it. We only had 2 people in our party, and there was not enough hot water for 2 showers. For the premium price that was charged, I would look elsewhere.

Stayed Jun 23, 2019The property was very clean and cozy. Our 2 year old loved the loft with a four foot ceiling. It was comfortable up there even to us. The beds were great! We made use of the kitchen as best we could. There isn’t much counter space but that was expected. While our kids napped in the afternoons we either napped ourselves or hung out on the porch which was well shaded. Only suggestion I would have is they could remove some of the lower branches of the trees so you could have a better view of the la sal mountains!

Stayed Apr 4, 2024My husband and I enjoyed out stay at this well stocked tiny house. For a small house, it felt very roomy! The bed was super comfy, there was a nice table for us to eat at, and the couch & chair comfortable for watching TV, if needed. It was very close to downtown, just a few blocks off the main drag. They owners were responsive. I highly recommend this property for a reasonable alternative to the expensive Moab hotels!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023OK, first off I have to give a nod to the cookies they left for us when we arrived…Best cookies ever! Seriously though, this tiny home was fantastic. It was clean and the beds were soooo comfortable! The loft upstairs was fantastic for our teenager. Cute little table and chairs on the deck that we used constantly. Not one single complaint. Loved our stay here!

Stayed Jun 12, 2023Our tiny house was the perfect place to stay. Super clean and comfortable. Easy access to town, the Highway and the trails. We will be telling all of our friends and family to stay here when visiting Moab. Thanks for having such wonderful accommodations.

Stayed Apr 3, 2023We had a great stay for three nights here. The house is cozy and has everything you need for a great stay. The location is great, just a little ways south of the main drag through Moab, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. The owners were great too in terms of communication--they gave me a heads up beforehand that I would need timed entry tickets to visit Arches NP, and they generously left cookies upon arrival along with their contact information if we had any problems. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 16, 2022Our stay at the “tiny” house was great. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood on the East end of Moab. You do have yo drive into town, but parking in May was no issue at all. It was great to come back to be able to relax on the porch or enjoy the air conditioning. We did not need to use anything, but the kitchen is fully stocked including some oils and spices for cooking. The downstairs is plenty spacious with a room with both a king sized bed and the living room couch has a hide away bed as well. Upstairs is a little tricky to get around, but it has all you need for sleeping and relaxing including a large bed, futon, and television. We loved spending time at this retreat after hiking in the 90 degrees heat!

Stayed Sep 30, 2021We had a really great stay. This cute tiny house was perfect for me and my husband. It was quiet but still close to all the amenities of Moab. It. However it could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty as I found out walking barefoot.
