Park Model RV Glamping in Private Campground

I checked in on a super hot day and found that Michelle had kindly left on the a/c, making the indoor temperature manageable. Everything was super clean and tidy, it was fabulous having the kitchen, and I very much enjoyed having morning coffee and evening G&Ts on the deck. The RV was far enough from the other accom buildings that it felt very private, and I got nightly visits from a deer family with two adorable little fawns. Thank you, Michelle, for your kindness and responsiveness, and for a lovely stay.

Best for one person or a couple. The second bedroom would be fine for children but not really suitable for adults.

Joel and Michelle are good people. Always asked if we needed anything. The unit is very comfortable with all the fixings. Word of caution, the shower is small, so if your a big person....... The deer walk right through the yard. Is about a 3 minute drive to John Henry's marina. Will see you again next year.

The area is beautiful!! Unfortunately this trailer is on a very large cleared gravel road with broken down machines, a half built chicken coup , some garbage and another trailer right beside. All trees are gone making it more like a parking lot right beside the road. Behind the trailer is a home with a rescue dog that is shy and barks A LOT. We tried to befriend it but it was nervous. He would go out of his way to come stand at the trailer to bark at us. Also, nice fellow living there was building something which required a saw to cut through metal. Needless to say, no view, no ambiance, no privacy and it may have been quiet before but with “Woody “ the rescue dog it was not at all quiet and there’s about zero chance of spotting wild life.

Overall very happy with our stay here for 3 nights. Why? - Great location within biking distance to lakes / ocean - Loved being able to hang out by the fire but then sleep in a super comfy bed at night - Place was exceptionally clean and well-stocked for cooking etc. - Hosts were helpful Overall highly recommend :)

Our family of three adults enjoyed a week’s visit here. The trailer has everything you need, is neat, clean and cozy. General store and small restaurant close by. We enjoyed watching a doe with her fawn from the deck most mornings and ate s’mores by the campfire with supplied firewood. Wifi is excellent. We’ll come back.

Very well equipped and clean. A very private, quiet location made it easy to unwind!
