ON THE ROCKS 2.0 BIG LAKE COMING SUMMER 2026! Under Construction!

This was our second trip and it was better than the first! We plan on making this a tradition for our family. Everything about this place is amazing. Fishing was great. The swings were fun for the kids and the fire pit is wonderful to enjoy after watching the beautiful sunsets. Looking forward to our next time back!

I loved the camper layout very roomy, 2 bedroom two bath, just a short walk to the end of the pier to fish, Great view. The host was responsive and fair. Note to self: Check the matting season of the Lovebug when scheduling your days unless you have a fascination for them, if so that’s the place to go for sure.

On the Rocks RV is an true adventure. Very private site with wonderful view of Lake Calcasieu. Located in a safe and unique neighborhood. RV is spotlessly clean. Essentials of life are there. I was there during extreme heat. I mean 108 heat index. Air Conditioning was very competent of keeping the place cool and comfortable. On top of it, tropical depression came through and shook the RV but it maintained. The only advise I can give is, if u r a big coffee drinker bring your own K Kups. No drip coffee maker.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Fishing off of the pier at night was our favorite!

This was the perfect location for a relaxing weekend! The neighborhood is so quite and the property is located almost at the end of the neighborhood so we saw very few people. We are new to fishing and managed to catch so many catfish and a few crab! We also caught a few sting ray and an alligator gar. The only downside was that the WiFi didnt work for us when we wanted to watch the game - but we made it work by watching on our phone. Other than that we spent the entire time out on the pier. The owners were not joking when they say that this property has BEAUTIFUL sunsets. This was the perfect place to getaway from work and our busy lives for a few days!

We enjoyed our time and caught several fish. Very relaxing and quiet weekend.

Besides simply being an amazing location, this fishing pier sent us home with ample fish and crabs. Out boat conked out. Overall amazing stay.

We had a great stay for the weekend. The pier was great for fishing and the sunsets were unbeatable!

This RV and property was the perfect location for a getaway my brother and I had planned. The RV was clean and furnished well. We loved the lighted fishing pier. It provided a great area to get my little brother up to speed on his casting technique. The host was very helpful and communicated very well. We plan to come back with our family very soon! We absolutely loved the place! Quiet, private and relaxed atmosphere!!

The place was fine. We just thought it was overpriced for being a rv. Had to purchase extra insurance that we did not need but had no choice.

Second time staying here. Mother Nature tried messing us up, but the atmosphere here is hard to destroy. Highly recommend it!

This is our fourth stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very relaxing.
