Kitchenette, microwave, fridge, laptop work area, loft bed, and full bathroom, important to note there is a sanitary composting toilet (fan powered for added sanitation). The sanitary composting toilet is cleaned after every guest. Some Pictures are from a feature article from Creative Loafing magazine. You will be on the property with other Vrbo units/guests. Due to hurricane Ian we have temporarily changed the parking area and we still have some tree/fence damage in the back that will be cleaned up very soon-contractors have unfortunately been very difficult to schedule still. Please bear with us for just a few more weeks as we continue to improve the backyard and deal with Hurricane Ian’s long reaching effects.

I’ve always wanted to stay in a tiny house, so this scratched that itch. It was thoughtfully decorated, with some nice accoutrements. We got to meet the local turtle on site & the host was quick to communicate. Englewood had some nice restaurants & events going on.I’d recommend reading the description closely - the compost toilet, back yard location & loft bed might not be for everyone. It was a fun experience for a couple days.

The tiny house was basically as described in listing. Clean and accommodating. The yard and outside area was quite a surprise and a bit disappointing. The listing that pictured outside table/chairs was unkept and over grown, as was the the entire yard. Owner said it was from a hurricane, but no recent hurrricanes, and looked to have been there for quite sometime. He said there was a turtle that lives there but I am not sure about that. The owner contacted me a few hours before check in to say he was having roof redone and workers were still working on it, and apologized for the inconvenience. It was quite annoying and not a good first impression at all. We had to park in the yard and make our way to the tiny house through some bushes and a trail leading to the house. It was very awkward and walking over all the roofing debris as well. They hammered shingles until dusk, right next to us and started up first thing in the morning. We were just thankful to be on vacation or else we likely would have responded differently. Host gave a 20.00 refund for inconvenience. Seems like at least a 50% refund would have been appropriate.

2 days at Mystic Sea for a quick trip to Braves spring training. The tiny house was as advertised and was a perfectly convenient location. Clean and quiet. Thank you.

Wish I could give it 6 stars. I am 6'1 and found it to have plenty of room. Host was fantastic and replied to me in minutes when needed. He went overboard to make sure everything was fine. Nice location. So many little nice touches, too many to point out all of them. All kind of toiletries. They thought of everything. We were pleasantly surprised to find some high end snacks waiting for us. Quality coffee. They even had some oatmeal packets and some cans of food in case needed. Nice touches in and out showed they really cared for their guests. Great decor. Nice privacy fenced sitting area outside. Would highly recommend and stay again. There was some noise for an hour during Englewood rush hour traffic in the morning but it didn't last long. Otherwise quiet. Stay here if you are lucky enough to get a slot.

Perfect overnighter! Came to pick up a family members boat in the area and made a weekend trip of it! The tiny house was great and all around nicer, more private and easier than any hotel. Easy access in a nice neighborhood, centrally located.

House was not I expected to get to the bed which was a little thin mattress upstairs on the floor you have to claim a very steep stare and with bad knees sometimes it takes me an hour to climb it and hope I don’t fall all the way down and kill myself wife didn’t like it because it had a compost toilet that was full of other peoples poop to us the bathroom was disgusting but maybe for a teenager it might be a good place

Tiny House was perfect for a sister weekend getaway! It is close to beaches and everything we wanted to do! The outside patio was the perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine after the beach ?️ and the decor inside and outside was tropical and beachy and the bed in the loft was super comfy. Jake and Marianne the property owners were friendly receptive to any questions we had and helpful with recommendations on places to eat. Would definitely come back again ??
