A beautiful one and half acres Brazos River water front vacation haven with 1 fully covered 50 amp RV with water and sewage. Stayed Aug 28, 2025Be careful with the electricity and make sure you have a space to park your 5th wheel. The second rv spot is for a short tongue pull only.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024It was raining. We enjoyed the rain because we had the whole area to ourselves except for a beautiful great horned owl across the river. Lots of wildlife to view. We enjoyed outdoor cooking and being outside the whole time. We will be back. AJ was an amazing host!

Stayed Mar 12, 2024We had an amazing stay! We brought our son and a few of his friends camping to celebrate his 13th birthday. The kids had a blast! We’ve stayed here several times and will definitely be back!!

Stayed Jun 16, 2023The pics looked great, but being there was amazing!! Two electric and sewer hook ups and covered! The little cabin was so cute and stocked with snacks, water and mini sodas. As well as a bubble machine and kiddie pool left for our 9mo old son to use and take home. Never felt so welcomed and had a Vrbo home go above and beyond for their tenants! The walk to the river was just right and the views were beautiful. We are already planning a trip back out. We can't WAIT to go back!
