Nestled among five acres of tree covered Texas hill country, overlooking the Balcones Canyonland Preserve, Moonbeam the Airstream is a perfect retreat for couples, friends and nature lovers.
Awaken to the soothing sounds of nature and cook breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, spices, and much more are included. Wander the many trails on the property or head to Lake Travis, only 15 minutes away, hike the BCP or string a hammock between the trees just off the deckand relax. Grill dinner on the adjacent charcoal smoker/grill and dine alfresco. In the evenings stroll down to the communal fire pit that overlooks the pond and toast s mores while gazing at the stars.
The lovingly refurbished 2004 Airstream s original interior was designed by Christopher Deam, and was one of the first International CCD designs. It s conpact, yet bright and airy with lots of counter space for cooking, dining, playing board games, and writing your novel. There s even a seperate desk for additional counter space.
Bring cds or dvds for the upgraded sound system and television. Air conditioning and heating are, of course, included. The wet-bath is compact, but efficient.
Local activities and attractions within a 10 - 20 minute drive include; touring hill country wineries, hiking in the Balcones Canyonland Preserve, boating/kayaking on Lake Travis, grocery stores, restaurants & more! If you are into cycling, Round Mountain Ranch is an excellent location to stage from. There are miles and miles of low traffic, scenic roads to choose from.
I am here to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible, and will generally be on site if you need anything. Check out my campsites, Traveleze (canned ham), and the Hideout. Hope to see you soon!

This property is so cute! The airstream was in pristine condition and extremely clean. You're at the back of the house property but you feel like you're alone because the host made it very private by being out of site and mind. Definitely recommend this place. My husband and I were able to reconnect and truly enjoyed this place.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The Airstream has everything you will need. It was very relaxing. We took walks through the trails, sat on the deck with drinks, bbq'd. One day we went to Flat Creek Winery, enjoyed it. We met the new owner, had a short tour. The Airstream and property is a great place to relax and get away from the norm of everyday life.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Michael's Airstream. You probably see those commercials about making special memories in beautiful places......Well this is actually one of those gems. The place was spotless and perfect for a weekend with my girlfriend and I to get away. I would highly recommend this spot as a great base for exploring Austin, but also getting some time in the hill country away from the city. You can be downtown in less than an hour, or in the wide open spaces if you go in the opposite direction.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a last minute getaway. The airstream was extremely accommodating. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit and listening to music and night. Great place to get away from it all and relax. Mike was super nice. Totally loved it and can’t wait to visit again!!!
