The accommodation features private air conditioning and heating in the living area, heating in the shower and bedrooms, a private TV, and a fan for your comfort.



Outside, relax in your private garden with artificial grass and flowers, furnishedwith garden furniture and 2 loungers. A private gas barbecue and a plancha are available for outdoor cooking. The property includes a covered terrace and access to shared facilities: heated and supervised indoor and outdoor pools, paddling pool, water slides, table tennis, and billiards.



You’ll have a parking space at the rear of the mobile home, with additional street parking available. A shared charging station for electric vehicles is accessible. One pet is allowed, but events are not permitted. Vehicles cannot access the site after midnight and must use the external parking lots. Fun Passes for access to entertainment and pools are available for an extra fee.



Cleaning is the guest's responsibility; otherwise, a cleaning package is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented.
