Lovely 6 berth caravan at Suffolk Sands Holiday Park ref 45010MV

Booking was very easy, great communication, caravan in a lovely position with parking, very close to the beach

A little basic in places, could do with a lamp in lounge and trays for oven, apart from that we had a lovely stay and will book it again

Perfect location, fridge not clean, fireplace did not work, a few rips in nets, patio doors need readjusting as hard to shut, bedside lights didnt work, mattress topper stained. Could do with a lamp in lounge, a couple of cushions. However, it has not put us off bookingus off Thesatus

First impressions were the caravan was the grubbiest looking one from the outside compared to the others on the site. Green algae all over the outside and on the decking which was off-putting. Inside however we were pleasantly surprised as it was very clean and had a very spacious feel to it. The walk in shower was amazing too! Unfortunately though the duvets on the beds were strained and very grubby, also two of the radiator legs were broken and tomato sauce had been dripped down the one in the kitchen. The frying pans had also seen better days and no Teflon left, just rust! They need binning to be honest. A bit of TLC and thud caravan would live up to its platinum status, however not right now!

Lovely clean caravan.Very spacious in a quiet area. Well kept site and ideal location for the beach. Will definitely return. David

Great stay at this place, really well cleaned by the cleaner, all spotless and even washing up liquid was provided. Bedding could be renewed as it's a bit spotted, that's my only remark for improvement. Letting agent's instructions are detailed and very accurate, easy to follow. Totally recommend for up to 4 people.

Had a lovely weekend stay in this caravan. It’s so close to the sea and the beach is mostly sandy. Lots of seafront fun or you can chill in the caravan which is quiet.

Unclean. Obvious evidence of previous visitor. Cold . Tired in places . Property wasn’t secured when we arrived . No warning of noise from The Docks .

The caravan is in an ideal spot for enjoying all of what Felixstowe has to offer. It is clean and comfortable and has everything one might want. It was my second visit and I will be back again soon - hopefully!

We had a great stay at the caravan in Felixstowe, it was very clean and comfortable and very close the the sea. Ideally situated next to the prom and just a mile from the town centre. I would be very happy to stay again.
