Great place, beautiful weather. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor furniture could use an upgrade, Otherwise everything was great. Vivian was awesome and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Vivian the property manager responded quickly to all questions and was very helpful throughout our month long stay. The property is in need of deck repairs around jacuzzi and stairs that do not show in the photos. The house will is well stocked, linens and towels are very nice. However, cookware is old Teflon in need of replacement. Neighbors are nice with well kept yards, although there are children at play in the cul de sac. Be anware that the canal is not ancce by boat. Overall this Vrbo was a good experience particularly with location close to Big Pine Key and several very nice restaurants with nightly live music.

Great location giving access to Key West and Marathon. We like to walk in the morning and this neighborhood lends itself to safe street with shade (if you get up early enough) and the opportunity to enjoy the quiet. The canal is actually a favorite swimming spot for the neighborhood.

This house was perfect for our needs. Great place to be able to explore the keys and close to Bahia Honda State Park and Key West.

This property is exactly as described and an excellent value for the location. Large master with comfy king. Spacious kitchen. Nice neighbors. Owner is quick to respond to any questions.

We worked with Vivian on this rental. She was extremely accommodating and quick responses! Love the split bedroom layout and huge master suite! We are familiar with the neighborhood from previous stays in the area. Property is ideally located between most attractions the lower keys offers, yet out of the main traffic/busy area. Nice size property on corner lot with swimming canal on two sides. Hot tub was extra nice on the days you don’t want to swim in canal. Three nice decks. One on front of house with hot tub and one on back of house with an additional deck on sea wall. A/C, washer/dryer and updated appliances. Met all our needs and had no problems with checking and out.
