Fly-fishing Hideaway

My brother, wife, and I had an amazing time at Ms.Debs beautiful place on Little Red! Some of the best bank fishing in the area! 5 Stars hands down, would give it 10 ! Ms. Deb is the sweetest and kind person, came to fish and left with a lifelong friend! We will visit again soon!

Very comfortable place to stay. There is a nice place to sit and enjoy meals outside overlooking the river. For those looking to fish, the river is just steps away. Even when their are two generators running at the dam, you can still find a couple of spots to wade. Deb is a wonderful and helpful host and the the cookies she had made greeting me on arrival were delicious. Would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay here! We found everything that we needed, the place is spacious and clean, the communication was excellent, and the ice, water, and cookies were a special treat!!The river is beautiful, and the stairs were easy to climb. The area by the river was mowed so it was easy to walk around. The chair by the water is a perfect place to sit in peace!Deb was kind and helpful and across the way her dog, Cooter, was very friendly!! We’ll absolutely be back!!

Our host was amazing. She brought us eggs off her farm and set up games for the kids in the yard. A 2 minute walk and you are in trout fishing heaven. So quiet and peaceful. Deer and Grey squirrels everywhere. 10 minutes from Sandy Beach and close to town if you need stuff.

Deb, the host, has decorated a nicely renovated single-wide to reflect fishing, faith, and farm themes. Everything fits together! I enjoyed this very quiet property on a former farm. Plenty of amenities inside. Outside are seating groups, a fire circle, and a sturdy stairway down to the Little Red River. Halfway down is a small deck with table and chairs. In the quiet late afternoon I watched deer and geese from that vantage point. Fishing is also a possibility. An excellent place for a quiet country vacation!

As pictured it is on the water. Great facility for the price. In a lovely family compound. Short drive to dinning facilities. Host is excellent, froendly and accommodating. We immediately felt welcome. Treated like family. Our new favorite place in Arkansas!

You could not ask for a better host. The property is always cleaned and stocked with what you need, and then some. Excellent fishing too!

Absolutely wonderful and extremely comfortable place. The river location and the overall property. I travel all over the country with work and stay at a lot of locations and this simply was the most “at home” feeling I have had. Just peaceful and relaxingThe owners are absolutely wonderful. We loved the Great Pyrenees she had in the pasture. Slept like a champ every night!!

We had a just a grand time hanging out by the river and the fire pit. The host was attentive and communicated well without being too present. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and pleasant. Can't wait to go back.

Our host Deb welcomed us with some cookies and made us feel at home. Great getaway from the summer heat - the river with its morning mist is creating a special atmosphere.Great for fishing and bird watching. Home is fully equipped and very clean. We will happily come again!

My wife and i had a wonderful stay. The property was quiet, and gorgeous. The fishing was outstanding and Mrs. Deb was an amazing hostess.

I’ll be honest, I debated between a 4-star and 5-star review, but Deb was so sweet, I just couldn’t give a lower rating. The area is absolutely gorgeous. This is a perfect little fishing trailer. My biggest complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the 2 smaller bedrooms. The trailer does have air conditioning, but it’s not central air - just a window unit in the living room and primary bedroom. There were several fans available that we loaded up in the back bedrooms so that our kids could stay comfortable while they slept. The trailer has lots of amenities and is fully stocked with just about anything you could ask for. It’s clean, but very dated. When I first lay in the bed I thought it was too firm , but I actually slept very well in it. Deb does a great job of communicating and checking in to see if your stay is going well. There are stairs that take you right down to the Little Red River.

Great place to stay great host my best vacation ever will book again next year

This place was a great experience for us as a family. There were tons of games inside as well as more games outside. The property is on the Little Red River so you can literally walk down to the river and fish or just enjoy the sounds. There is a firepit along with outdoor lighting so help with night time. Place is just amazing and the owner Mrs Deborah is such a delight and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone and we will stay here again if available.

Our host made the stay perfect. Deb made sure we had anything we needed. So peaceful setting around the fire pit with friends. Or setting on the deck watching river flow by. We did get to eat a good brown trout my son caught, and a old friend cooked over the open fire it was delicious. Will definitely try this place again.

My sister and I had a wonderful vacation at Deb’s place. The residence was perfect for us. I’ve never stayed in a place so well stocked. The surrounding area was so pretty, quiet, and peaceful. Deb was the best hostess ever. She was so sweet and helpful. We are definitely going to come back!
