Cozy Florida Resort Cottage

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it once again. The host was sweet enough to allow us to check in early after a long day of driving. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like home.

Property was as described. Near new condition on everything. Host was responsive to any Q's we had.

Such a cute little house perfect for the two of us. Quiet area and close to everything. The host was very sweet and answered any questions we had. Even allowed us to trailer our motorcycle in so we could enjoy some riding. We definitely will be back soon.

We stayed at the Cosy Florida Cottage for a week and it was wonderful. Do not hesitate to stay here! We found the a comfortable bed and crisp linens, a spacious shower/bathroom with nice fluffy towels, a convenient washer and dryer located in the bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need - pots, pans, tools, dishes, plastic glassware, a toaster, a slow cooker, a few sets of containers for leftovers/picnic at the beach, Keurig coffee machine (both drip and individual cups) an ice maker in the freezer a dishwasher and all the cleaning products/soaps you need. The cottage has two air conditioning units that keep the place comfortable on those hot Florida days. Outside you will find a sofa, dining table and even a TV, all in a screened in lanai. There is a large cooler and 2 beach chairs for your beach day needs. The front porch has seating for 4, and makes a great spot for your morning coffee.The landscaping is meticulously manicured and the shrubs around the property provide the right amount of privacy.There is room to park a large SUV in the driveway.Unlocking and locking the door is easy using a code that changes with each tenant - so you feel safe don’t have to carry a key.Contact with the host is prompt and courteous, complete with recommendations (beaches, attractions, restaurants).I look forward to staying at the Cozy Florida Cottage the next time Florida calls for a visit. The residence we rented was in a great location central to lots of fun activities. Park itself had lots of things to do and we met some new people and made new friends will be coming back again soon.
