Cozy Beach House in Nettles Island

Liked the size of the place, however, the one side of the kitchen sink backed up. The master bath shower did not have much pressure so the rain head shower head literally felt like a sprinkle. The other shower had good pressure but did not drain well and would have standing water while showering.

Great place! Looked just as described in the listing! Already booked for next year!

It's our third year in a row staying on Nettles resort. This was our first year in this home. It met all of our needs.

To say we are unhappy about our stay is an understatement. The pictures will say a thousand words. This rental was not clean, updated or even safe (outlets with no covers). The host was unresponsive when we brought concerns to his attention. Also see the review from 2/24 we experienced exactly what they wrote on their review We had to go thru customer service at Vrbo to get some of our money back as the host was unresponsive

All was fine. The ice maker to the fridge was not working, but other than that, we had a great stay.

Our stay at this location was great. We enjoyed the various amenities that were offered including the private beach, pools, and games available. The cottage we stayed in was clean and met our family's needs. The hosts were responsive to our couple of questions. We look forward to staying here again.

It was very easy to communicate with the owners, Amy and William. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The resort amenities were ideal for our family, never too crowded and easily accessible. I forgot something when we checked out and Amy went out of her way to have it sent to me. These owners get my highest rating!

The property was perfect for our family of 4. It could accommodate more if needed. Location is great and a short walk yo the beach or pool. There is a restaurant and market within walking distance which is very convenient. Comms with the owners were excellent. They were very responsive and helpful.

This weals our second trip to nettles island and we all had a blast! The property at 2099 Nettles Blvd was clean, spacious and as advertised. We hope to possibly stay here again in the future
