Very clean and updated. New dock. Was a perfect spot to enjoy the water. Will stay again

Very clean, very nice home! I felt very welcome and comfortable. Beds we very comfortable, bathrooms had everything you needed, great space on the water, boat dock was awesome to be able to use. Some outlets didn't work and there is a camera in the living room. But I wasn't bothered by it much but wish we knew about it first. A little strange.

The home was clean and it was what we were expecting. We had a great weekend there.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was an excellent communicator, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from booking through checkout.The location was fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet centrally located with countless attractions, restaurants, and activities just a 15–20 minute drive away. We especially enjoyed spending time fishing from the dock and relaxing in the serene neighborhood.The only minor issue we encountered was that one of the steps leading down to the dock felt a bit wobbly, so use a little extra caution. Additionally, the kayaks provided were showing some wear, and launching from the dock wasn't the easiest. That said, it didn't impact our vacation at all. We rented kayaks nearby and had an amazing experience paddling the Homosassa River into the springs.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would happily return for another relaxing getaway. We would definitely rent this place again! Future renters: Bring your own fan for the 2nd bedroom as the fan is noisy. Bring your own coffee too. No deal breakers for this amazing place!

This home was great! I appreciate the attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the grill worked great. It made cooking great. Being able to put out kayaks in the canal in the backyard and paddle to the springs in 20 minutes was amazing. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows. The living room was comfy too! It was a nicely renovated home. And we loved it!

Marni was a delight to deal with. Always responded to my questions quickly! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, had absolutely everything to make your stay perfect! It is close to everything!

LOVE this neighborhood! Walk along canals, to the boat landing, to the riverside Bait Shack Bar. Kayak to snorkel in the springs & swim with manatee. Fabulous house with comfy beds, everything you need in the kitchen to cook great meals, great lounge area, & the screened in deck was great for keeping our paddling & biking & snorkeling gear.

Host was very responsive. The home was amazing! The bedding was some of the best bedding, from the mattresses to the sheets, to the comforters. We had the best nights sleep. The weather did not cooperate with us. It was too cold to go on the kayaks but we found other things to do. Lots of nature trails, and little parks in the surrounding area. The kitchen has everything you will ever need and everything is in great condition. The camera in the living room was just a bit odd, but, other than that, definitely worth the money. I would stay again.

Had a great stay paddling the Chassahowitzka, so much wildlife, manatees galore, good fishing, very peaceful. Nice property and responsive host. Baird Creek was awesome at high tide. The inclusion of kayaks was definitely a plus. Thanks for the stay.

Beautifully decorated, super clean, and with everything we needed!!! We loved using the kayaks on the Chaz River. The home was spacious and the back porch was the perfect spot to relax. We would definitely rent again.

Everything was clean and new-looking.

Stayed for a few nights for local travel. House was clean (although the scent of cleaning products was VERY heavy), comfortable beds, well-stocked, good water pressure. Ceiling fans in bedrooms made quite a bit of noise so they could not really be used without sleep disruption.

Excellent! STAY HERE! Super cute! Extremely clean. The river is literally in the back yard. The enclosed porch was awesome as well as the deck and covered boat dock area. The kayaks are a added bonus and they can be launched right there. Everything you need inside and out! Stay here. You will be happy you did. We will be back!

We chose this home based on the great reviews highlighting its cleanliness, convenient location, and dog-friendly policy—all of which were spot on. Cleanliness is very important to us, and this home did not disappoint. We were in town visiting family and had a wonderful stay. The house looked exactly as advertised—stylish, comfortable, and welcoming. We also enjoyed spending time in the outdoor space. It was a nice touch to have essential kitchen and bathroom items provided. Overall, a great stay and we'd gladly return!

This home was an exceptional place to spend time in. The set up was very relaxing, comfortable and functional. Absolutely everything we wanted was here from cooking supplies to bedroom and bathroom needs. The cleanliness was top notch. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We would certainly book this home again if in the area.

Very clean and up to date. Everything you need for your stay. We cooked in every night. Backyard is on the channel and is so very peaceful (we were there in Dec.) Good location, close to grocery and a very short drive to Crystal River for our Manatee and Airboat adventures. Will definitely stay again. Questions posed to our host were answered within minutes so super quick response time. Loved it and we will be back!
