Charming Rentals in Happy Trails Adult Community

The home was as described and it fit our needs. The kitchen needs to be cleaned out and keep only necessary things for a stay. The tv was temperamental, but also ok for the amount we watched it. Shelley and Dave were there to help us check in and we’re available anytime we needed them. The resort itself was very nice and we used the pickleball courts and the billiard tables.

Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and nice there was a washer and dryer. It was great there was 2 bathrooms and soap and shampoo also a hair dryer I didn’t have to bring! Overall very comfy and clean. Our host Shelly was very nice and accommodating and her husband David. The property and amenities were great! Would definitely stay again at our next visit!

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was impeccably clean, the pools were amazing and we met so many nice residents at the pool. Shelly and David were always readily available to answer any questions!

The hosts were wonderful kind and caring. Excellent communication before and during our stay. The house was perfect for us. They have nearly everything you could imagine needing pots pans condiments laundry soap. Although things may change I believe they may all these things were left by other renters but they had so many things to use it was a nice perk I did not expect. Beds were comfortable. In fact my husband said the chair was the most comfortable chair he had used and opted to sleep in it. There was a pool and hot tub in walking distance. The pool was on the smaller side they other pools that may be bigger but it was perfect for us. The only downside and only for a very small population is the parking is not right next to the home. There is a very short walk to it but significantly closer if you were to stay in a hotel. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property and the hosts could not have been any better. The house is fully stocked with everything I needed, the neighborhood is so nice; it was quiet and clean. The pool is amazing. I can’t wait to go back

This place had everything that you could want. You did'nt need to buy anything for your daily use. I mean NOTHING.Would stay here again in a heart beat. The owners are wonderful. 5 STARS

My wife and I had a 4-night stay while we were visiting with family. This rental had a home-like atmosphere that was great to return to each evening. Near-by shopping and eating opportunities meant we had the option of cooking for ourselves or dining out. It was exactly as described. Plus, the hosts are wonderful folks! We would definitely stay here again.

My host were beyond gracious and helpful and supportive in getting into the property and learning about how it needs to be taken care of on leaving, about how the property runs being it is a resort, and helping me meet new friends. The experience was just the very best and I am suggesting it to family and friends. Should they need a place to stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's very comfortable and has lots of room. The bed was great and it's quiet at night. An added bonus for me is that it catches both the morning and evening sun-after all, isn't that why we come to Arizona? The property also has a covered patio which I didn't have enough time to appreciate.I've been renting various places for the last 10 years or so and I have to say that Shelly and Dave rank at the top of owners I've met. They are very friendly and were available from my initial booking to check out.I would not think twice about staying here again.

Super cute place in a friendly community.

Our hosts went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The property is well maintained and equipped with anything one might need. We had a very late night arrival and our hosts met us at the entrance gate and guided us to the property. First class people and we highly recommend staying there.

We booked online , went by photos and the reviews, they did not steer us wrong Convenient location for us, owners were super friendly and made check-in very easy. We enjoyed the saltwater pool, and the Pickleball court. Very friendly people, felt very safe, and easy walking paths everywhere. Hope to return in the near future.

What a wonderful place to stay! The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The villa is clean and cozy with everything you need to stay comfortably. The bed is comfortable and water pressure for showering is excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable!

The hosts were sweet and accommodating! The location is convenient to all things needed, banks, groceries, restaurants! The rental was fully equipped! Great place to stay!!

The Villa was very comfortable! We especially liked the fact that it was fully furnished, including spices in the kitchen! We didn’t need to bring a thing. It was also only one block from the pool. Very good location! We’ll be back!
