BlueBird Nest 2.0, hot tub! Sibley double bell on huge deck!covered kitchen/bath

The BlueBird Nest was great! Don’t hesitate to stay here! So peaceful and quiet. Beautiful drive up to the site. Everything pictured was accurate and I didn’t want to leave when my time was up.

Such a lovely and unique stay. The deck lounge area was so comfortable and the tent stayed cool and comfortable throughout the hot summer day/night. Great stay just outside of town, where you can have a quiet stay and star gaze.

Very enjoyable time this is our second time here will be coming back with friends very quite and peaceful

Serene little tent and cabin - perfect for my first glamping experience. Wade was super responsive. When we struggled with the grill he came right on over to help. Even at 5am when we messaged about a water issue, he fixed it immediately. It was chilly through the nights but they brought over an electric blanket that kept us toasty.

We weren’t at the Birds Nest for much more than just sleeping but when we were there the stay was beautiful, accommodating and relaxing.

This little place is a slice of heaven. This was my first VRBO experience and my first glamping experience and this exceeded my expectations. The drive up to the site is beautiful and the hot tub at night under the stars is divine. I will be back very soon!

Nice and quiet! Liked a different way to stay at a VRBO.

It was a chance to get away and unplug from the chaos! With communication, we were able to check in a little early. Sitting outside I couldn’t believe how deafening the silence was to my ears. We will definitely be back…maybe with the kids, maybe not! Haha! It had all you need to cook. No oven but there is a microwave, grill w/burner, coffee pot, and toaster. Everything that Patricia said was there. How camping in convenience should be!

Celebrating our 45th anniversary at Wade and Patricia’s get away was perfect! The glamping experience exceeded our expectations providing a peaceful and beautiful 3 days. We loved it!

Everything was as described, location was wonderful, great communication. Highly recommend!

Wade and Patricia are excellent hosts and the Blue Bird is a sweet little nugget just close enough to explore the local attractions but far enough to be secluded and peaceful. We will be back again. This was our second visit to Evan's Cliff and are always pleased.

2nd time staying here. In between I stayed somewhere else in the Black Hills just to be near different parks, but I missed this place.

Overall, the property was cozy and very true to the listing images. Hosts were great! Quick to respond and friendly. The only downfall was that it wasn't as private as it seemed on the listing.

Absolutely amazing!

The Bluebell Nest was a great place to stay. The property was amazing and clean. The location was perfect to drive up to Custer and Wind Cave park to do hiking. We would stay here again when we come back to the Black Hills area.

We love an adventure when it puts us closer to nature. We saw deer and rabbits every morning and countless stars at night. The bed was comfy, the grill cooked up a great steak from Black Hills Meat market and the hot tub felt great at the end of the night. Make sure you take the time to walk the grounds over to Evans Cliff.

My husband and I needed a getaway with no people, no noise and no distractions! We did literally nothing but lay in the hot tub, played cards, looked at the stars while talking for literally hours! This place is truly amazing and we will go bacy

This was a beautiful place to stay. We really enjoyed the view and appreciated the quiet. Very clean and homey. We hope to return again next season. Would recommend to friends and family.

Was wonderful,we have done a lot of camping in northern Mn and Canada . This way is the cats meow.

My wife and I arrived near the end of a long road trip through the American West. This was exactly what we needed: a quiet spot where we could recharge before the home stretch. Hot tub was A+++.

Very cool spot! Surprisingly cool in the tent with fans even though it’s the middle of summer. Hot tub was extremely clean, we appreciated that. Quiet and beautiful.

The Evans have the best property around the Black Hills! We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries & just random staycations there. The attention to detail is insane. They have thought of everything. You will not be disappointed. Already looking forward to my next stay.
