Inside, you`ll find a plush king bed, two cozy loft beds, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay.The private bathroom features a hot shower, fluffy towels, and essential toiletries.

Step outside to your shaded patio with seating, a fire pit, and sweeping canyon views. Whether you`re exploring local wineries, floating the Blanco River, or simply relaxing beneath the oaks, Blancobreeze invites you to slow down, breathe in the Hill Country air, and reconnect.

Resort Amenities: Our beautiful pool complex is ready for your getaways and gatherings! Located just a few driveways away, it`s the perfect place to relax under the Texas sun or gather with friends around the outdoor fireplace pavilion. Our luxury Golf Simulator Clubhouse is also available for hourly rentals and private parties.

Pet Policy: Friendly small dogs under 35 lbs are welcome (maximum 2 pets). $50 non-refundable fee per pet, approved on a case-by-case basis. Pets must be pre-arranged directly with management at reservations@waysidewimberley.com. The property is not fenced and is best suited for owners who take pets along on outings and crate them when left unattended. Aggressive dogs, large breeds, and other animals cannot be accommodated.

Inside: King-size bed. Two loft beds. Sofa bed. Full kitchen. Private bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and heat. Wi-Fi. Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Linens, towels, and toiletries provided. Shaded patio with fire pit and seating. Private parking (up to 2 vehicles).
Check-in after 4 PM. Check-out by 11 AM. Self check-in via lockbox (code sent prior to arrival). Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking, parties, or events. No candles or incense. Speed limit: 10 mph. Firearms, BB guns, and fireworks prohibited. Parking limited to two vehicles. Guests and vehicles not on the reservation are not permitted without prior approval.
