Beautiful new camper. Very clean. Large rv cover and large concrete. Most other places don’t have a cover. During our Texas heat with no cover it makes a rv very uncomfortable! You need the cover to keep you cool and out of the rain.Large concrete pad . Some other rentals just sit on grass. So just sit on our concrete covered area and barbecue and watch the barges go by. Has a fire pit with a grill on top of it to cook on.
Large king bed. With a real king mattress not a rv mattress.

Stayed Jun 7, 2026Excellent stay! The RV was clean and had everything we needed. There is no Wifi at this location, as described under amenities, which we did not mind but others may. My only issue was having to crawl up into the king size bed with a step stool placed at the end of the bed. The bed is very comfortable but was hard to get in to since the bedroom has no room to move around. I understand that many RVs may have this type setup it was not an ideal for me personally. The host was kind and quick to respond; he answered any questions we had. The location was perfect and we had a good experience. Highly recommend!
