Beach House on Canal in Fenwick Island, DE minutes from beach and Ocean City, MD

Spotless, well apportioned and exactly as described. Seious attention to detail. Cool neighborhood 12-15 min to Fenwick State park. Pool was great. Thanks for the welcome vino!

This was the perfect size for our family of 4 for our beach vacation. It was very clean and was nice to have a washer and dryer in the house. Was close to the beach and if you park on the MD side, you don’t need to pay for parking. For our family personally, I would bring our own blankets. We did use the linens provided but it was a little tough trying to do laundry before leaving. But everything is labeled where it belongs. The shower heads were not the best for washing long hair. It was hard to get sand out of my daughters hair while taking a shower. But the community pool their was amazing! It was warm and very clean. There is bathrooms there to use and all the staff was very nice. After the beach, our kids loved swimming in this pool. We also really enjoyed the porch where we sat and eat our breakfast and dinner. Overall we would definitely stay here again because it was a great size, great location, affordable and we really liked the pool. The host was responsive and helpful when contacting with questions. We would recommend staying here with your family.

Great space. Great place. Quiet and easy to travel to beach.

The place was absolutely stunning and so comfortable . It felt like we were right at home. The closed in porch was the highlight of the whole place. The only thing that I'd would say that need to change would be there need to be a better TV with better TV reception there was no TV for my son to watch. But overall i give this place a 10+++. Definitely will ho back again

The property was perfect and even nicer than the pictures. The owner was responsive and very nice. The pool was great and very child friendly. Close to stores and restaurants and less than 10 minutes from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

I brought my kids here for a peaceful week before school starting for them. The home was just as advertised. Only problem was the ac unit was very loud and started making louder clanking noises as it turned on. Also stopped cooling a day before we left. The owner responded quickly to my question about how to fix it. I ended up turning it off for a bit then turning it back on. It eventually kicked back into cool mode after struggling and making the loud clanking noises. TV was a little tiny for us too. ,( 20 inch?..maybe) But if you dont want to watch tv..you can go to the community pool. Onwers are nice. And left bottle of wine when we arrived. Nice touch. I would stay again if ac is working properly and quietly.
