This property was perfect. We loved everything about it. We also loved that the beautiful beaches were near by. Very nice place.

We were very pleased with our place and enjoyed where we were staying. Everything we needed was right there.

It was great! Only one suggestion... The bed slid around easily, I'm short so I couldn't sit without it moving.

Our accommodations were excellent! The place was very clean and contained everything we could possibly need and then some. We had problems with the coffee maker and remote and they were fixed immediately! The only issue was the airport is nearby and planes were distracting but that was only during the day. We would highly recommend this place!

The property was clean and comfortable Communication with owner was great. The coffee pot was not working and she delivered us a new one the next morning . Everything was labeled so you didn't have to figure out the TV, lighting, wifi etc. Nice clean trailer park. I would come back

This is a super clean property. It is very well maintained and has about everything you can think of for a get away.

Very quiet and relaxing

The Bay Cottage did not disappoint. It is exactly as shown in the listing. I had read all the reviews prior and they were very accurate. Very clean, up to date, kitchen well supplied and other amenities that make it great. It's close to the pool and a few blocks from the beach. Nice community. Our only negative comments are that with being on the corner of the busy road it is a bit noisy and the planes flying in for landing at the Bradenton airport fly directly over and are loud. This may not bother others. Be advised that although this is listed as 4, we had to pay extra for our two guests who visited for a week, even though there were only two of us who rented for the month.

Property was just as described. Super tidy, clean and décor was so welcoming. Home was supplied with everything we needed for cooking to being a comfortable place to relax. Nice community too. Enjoyed the pool, shuffle board, game room, bocce ball and beautiful sunsets!

This is one of the best places we've stayed at. The pictures which are great don't do justice to all the little niceties here. Saying the place was clean is an understatement; it was immaculate and the most organized place I've ever been. Everything in the place was top notch from the bath towels to the coffee maker. It was furnished like you would if you were going to live there. Response from the owners was fantastic, there was a problem with the garbage disposal which wasn't a big deal for us but Peter was there the next morning to fix it and said he was going to replace it after we left even though it was working fine. There are a couple kayaks included so I was able to launch from the associations private beach into Sarasota Bay. I saw lots of dolphins and an eagle and a couple ospreys as well as fish jumping out of the water. Something to keep in mind if you book here is there are no cooking supplies like cooking oil, butter or condiments so you have to bring your own if you plan on cooking but the kitchen is fully supplied with cookware. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Bradenton/Sarasota area and plan on staying there again if possible.
