Access Fresno`s Best, Comfortable RV Retreat

Sadley, this rental was not ready for me like they advertised. upon my arrival, the door (only way in) was stuck shut due to inner screen door having issues. I finally got it opened after almost 40 min in the very hot outside temperatures. once I entered the rental. the bathroom was filled with tiny gnat bugs, they were coming out of the toilet. turned on AC thsat worked ok the first night, but stopped working twice the following day, plus there was NO internet at all when I needed it to watch the TV etc..this rental situation ruined my plans that week. very upsetting. Maybe this company has a good track record..I dont know? but it completley failed me and changed my plans. I had rented this property for 3 nights, but left the next day due to the AC going off twice plus no internet at the time. Next time I will research places way better & in advance. I hope the next person who stays at this property doesnt go through what I expierenced.

This company was very quick to address any issues I had during my stay. I was there approximately three months ! At times, I would forget my check out day and realize at the day before, I had to be out the next day ! I extended my stay several times with this company. Even up to the day before check out and they were willing to extend my request. Whatever issues I had, they were able to address it most of the time the same day but for sure by the next day. The RV was very clean and conveniently supplied with cookware and everything needed to cook and eat except the food itself ! I had no problems with any noise or commotion at all. It was very quiet and private. The have a fence around the RV so I could let my dogs out to run around ! The RV seems to be fairly new. Either that or it is very well maintained ! It can sleep 6 people but I would suggest more like four comfortably. Like I said, they supplied everything but the food !
