We had a great time and would gladly come back again if/when we are able to visit Chincoteague! The home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed take care of our family. The home was close to all the retail areas, wildlife refuge and beaches. We really enjoyed the outdoor space (yard, fire pit, outdoor seating) and large screened porch, as it offered additional entertainment and space for our 3 children.Our hosts, Tim & Julie, are very friendly and provided us with information, recommendations and ideas for planning each day of our trip. Their suggestion for best seafood was great! Their instructions for checking in and checking out were very thorough and easy to follow. They were also available anytime we had a question or needed help. We had one small situation and Tim was able to help us right away. Thank you!We highly recommend Tim and Julie's home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Thank for for a great experience!

Property was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Tim and Julie are always available to answer questions about the island. The location near the Marina and near Main street made getting around very easy. This was our 2nd stay here and definitely come back.

We had a great time, it was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had. The house was so clean and comfortable especially the beds. We've already recommend the house to our family and friends and plan on coming back again

Great home in a nice, quiet part of the island! So nice to be able to be out of the hustle during Pony Penning, but still close enough to surrounding attractions (Beebe Ranch and Pony Swim Lane for the swim). The home is cozy and the porch is great for relaxing and taking in the sunset and island breeze. Checkin and checkout were flawless. It was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and outside grill. Both bathrooms are beautifully done. The layout of the home is great, and the living room is large enough to have each others' own space to have down time. The owners are very kind and really make you feel like family! Thanks for making our stay for 2025 Pony Penning Week a reality for my sister and I.

My wife, Connie, loves Chincoteague. It makes her happy to go to the beach, bike, walk, visit the shops and generally enjoy the Island. Her family used to have a vacation home there when she was a child. They went there frequently. Tim and Julie are wonderful hosts. We've stayed at their place before. Hope you find your happy place too. .

The reason that I couldn’t give all 5 stars is purely due to the cleanliness or lack thereof. It is not the owners’ fault that they trusted a cleaner who never showed up, but it was so unbelievably gross. There were vapes left where my children were sleeping, sticky food and crumbs on the kitchen floor, dirty socks and soiled underwear left around the house, hair on all surfaces, crusty sand left in the tubs, and so on. There was also a faint cigarette smell inside the home. I am severely allergic to cigarettes which is why I’m so sensitive but it smelled like someone had smoked in the home in the past or a smoker who had their clothes around smoke was in the home. It was wicked gross. All in all, their cleaner absolutely scammed and took advantage of them, knowing that they live 200 miles from the property. Other than that, despite it being a big issue, I can’t emphasize enough that it wasn’t the owners’ fault and I hope they take this as a sign to get a new cleaner! The home owners are both very helpful, informative, and accommodating with absolutely everything and were so sympathetic and apologetic when I told them about the state of the house. They seem like good people who got taken advantage of. The homeowners are VERY kind and really want you to have the best stay ever. The home is spacious and the neighborhood is lovely and safe.
