Stayed Feb 17, 2023We stayed at this caravan for a weekend with 4 adults and 2 kids when arriving the caravan itself was ok but, the beside tables where sticky and had not been cleaned and also the fridge does not get cold so the food we had brought for the weekend had to be thrown away due to this. We was also not informed that the whole caravan site was under re-development so there was nothing for the kids to do and none of the shops open so we had to travel out of the site for things to do which I’m really annoyed about because they knew the kids ages and going to a caravan site I would say that’s a very relevant thing to tell anyone with kids going here! Had we had got a train down there we would have ended up paying out in taxis or had very bored children. Well.. we had upset children anyway as there wasn’t much for them to do! The whole site was like a ghost town and full of building work. I have also sent an email of complaint but had no reply as of yet. Very disappointed and ruined our weekend away.
