Stayed Jun 23, 2025Took half an hour to find the key told it was in a black box at the back of the caravan we eventually found it at the front of the decking in a grey box.

Stayed Aug 25, 2024Property in good location, nice outside space. Disappointing inside.Beds and seating area uncomfortable and cutlery, windows and some surfaces were left dirty. Wouldn’t eat onsite, nice Chinese takeaway down the road.

Stayed Jun 30, 2023Really nice property. Appreciated the large decking space with lots of seating. The owners have kindly furnished the caravan with lots of things to do, especially for younger children. We made use of the extensive DVD and Blu-ray selection. Quiet part of the site (well, mostly). Would stay again.

Stayed Sep 10, 2021The caravan was clean and reasonably comfortable although, the twin beds were not ideal for tall adults! It was a about a 10 minute walk to the shop, Mash & Barrel pub and entertainment and about 25 minutes to the Ferryboat Inn and foot ferry to Brightlingsea. It was great for 4 of of us but would have a squeeze with any more! The new decking gave an opportunity to sit out and enjoy the good weather.
