Stayed Mar 28, 2025The house and location are lovely. Neighbour is difficult and seems to make a full time job of watching out and pouncing for the smallest thing. Tricky when the driveway is shared.

Stayed Dec 18, 2023The property would have been fine but the property manager neglected to tell us that there was a building site next door. We were awoken at 7am by very loud building noises. The builders had told the agents about this weeks in advance but the property manager chose not to tell us. She was SO rude when we rang to speak to her. They moved us to another property which they claimed was an upgrade but it was dirty and the air conditioning didn't work. We couldn't use the pool because it was full of leaves and one of the bedroom doors had a fault with the handle meaning when we closed it we couldn't get back in there. Eden Holiday Rentals were a shambolic, amateur outfit that don't care about their guests.

Stayed Feb 9, 2022Everything was great except we had no TV or FOXTEL due to an antenna problem. Had it looked at by receptionist but nothing else was done about it. That’s all nothing major.
