New 1,100 sq ft apartment is in ADDITION to an amazing 2,700 sq ft custom main house. These TWO living quarters are NOT rented separately. It is a TWO for ONE deal!!!!

Check out this drone video of property: https://www.youtube.com/watch v=oeHmr7MaqqE&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR0ZvOaK21p6TRVvrnujM2gFTZ8El9qU1hVbPJVZmLuran55wyerI4Hu_nA (This was taken in winter....the water is usually up higher).

For those who want to rough it in the comfort of a modern home with WIFI throughout, Smart TVs (5), and City Utilities. This is the most amazing property that you can imagine! Million-dollar property sits within 4-10 ft of the river only blocks from the Jasper town square and adjacent to Bradley Park. Jasper, Arkansas, a beautiful Ozark Mountain town is approximately 45 miles south of Branson, Missouri. The house/property is totally private as I have 2.5 GATED acres that stretch along the river with two decks that extend so close to the Little Buffalo River that you can fish from the deck! I have year-round water as the river pools into an oxbow in front of my house. Swim all summer! If you would like to ask questions about the property before making your decisions, select the inquiry option of this site.

This three-story house, including apartment, has Four private bedrooms, with two living rooms with sleeper sofas for a total of SIX possible sleeping rooms, and NINE beds and one queen blow-up mattress ( for a total of 10). There are 3.5 baths in all. The downstairs apartment is on a separate keyless entry from the main house.

The main house has 2.5 bathrooms and three private bedrooms. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to make for a fourth sleeping area in the main house. All bedrooms in the main house have king beds. One bedroom also has bunk beds. So, there are 5 beds in bedrooms plus the queen sleeper (6) beds in the Main House. There are two dining areas in the Main House. One on each side of the kitchen.

The apartment has a very large private bathroom with a walk-in shower. It has a kitchenette, and one private bedroom with two queen beds. On the lower level of the apartment is a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a regular sofa. So there are two sleeping areas in the apartment with three beds. The walls to the private bedroom and the private bath stop about 8-10 inches from the ceiling to allow for good ventilation. I have plants sitting on shelves there to take up the small space between the walls and the ceiling. Both the bedroom and bathroom lock and you cannot see into them through the opening at the ceiling without a ladder......unless you are 7.5 feet tall.......

***Please note that there is no extra charge for the apartment. However, if you do not choose to use the apartment, I will edit your quote to reduce the cleaning fee by $50. Please check the occupancy rates. There is a $35 nightly extra occupancy fee for each occupancy over 8. Include all children in your count. You may contact the owner through inquiry mode if you would like to ask for an exception.

***Contact the owner for permission if you plan a party or event at the house that includes people not on the occupant list.

The property is totally private and gated off a well-paved road. And, Bradley Park is adjacent to this property with children's FREE play areas, bathrooms, softball field, tennis courts, basketball courts, grills, walking area around the River, fishing, and swimming--Also put in canoe/kayak there. Step off my property into beautiful Bradley Park! However, you have your own private walk area at this house! No neighbors on this side of street facing the River. The house sits virtually 4-10 ft from the Little Buffalo River. Fish off the deck, walk the flagstone walkways to swim.......Be in your own private paradise! I do not have canoes available but there are several canoe rentals in town and they will take you and pick you up to float.

Jasper and the Buffalo National Park are favorites of bikers due to Scenic 7 HWY, fishermen, canoe and kayaking, tubing, hunting, mountain climbing, hiking. There is a beautiful little town square 3 blocks from this house with restaurants and place of interest. I have WIFI, Cable, 4 TV's , city utilities and central heat and air throughout. The house has three levels for great privacy.

Perfect vacation paradise for family, friends, or HONEY MOONERS! If you want a vacation paradise that you want to come back to year after year........You've found it!

The house has full windows on three sides facing the River (no curtains necessary as no neighbors) and you can view the River from everywhere! Also, across from the River is the amazing Round Mountain. So you are surrounded by mountains while you view the Little Buffalo right below. Perfect for kayaking, canoeing, of lounging on tubes in the cool river stream.
All kitchen appliances are custom/state of the art. This is luxury at its best!

*****NOTES: The red wood burning stove in the living room is now decorative only. You cannot build a fire in it.
*****This house is not handicapped accessible AND this PROPERTY is not toddler friendly. I would not recommend bringing children under 5 as the river is very close to the house. Children must be CLOSELY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
*****NO DIVING FROM ANY PART OF THE RIVER!

Just the perfect home for our family vacation. The listing is very accurate and the views off the back deck and even from the living room are incredible. Cannot say enough good things about the home, the amenities, the location, and the host.

Location was everything it claimed to be. We could walk to downtown, but when we were at the house, it didn’t even feel like we were in town.

Beautiful house and location. Excellent, secluded spot along the Little Buffalo, yet very conveniently located in Jasper with access to great dining, a nice park, and Ozark outdoor activities.

The house was much nicer in person, beautiful! There were many places to separate into smaller conversations or stay together for family bonding. The house was well stocked and the beds were comfy. The 2 large tables were great at meal times. We also used the picnic tables outside for lunch! The river was great too. It was refreshingly cold and clear. The kids liked to wade in the shallow and play with rocks while the guys threw a football around in the deeper water. I even caught a little rock bass. Unfortunately, the large trout that hung out there all week were not interested in what I had to offer. The grass area in the front of the house was fantastic for our portable golf game. The girls really liked the adorable coffee shop in town. The entire family also took a couple of nice hikes. The only negative was having to wash all of the towels. Overall, we loved it.

We had all of our family stay and float the Buffalo National River and it was amazing! The house was in an awesome location on the Little Buffalo River so family could hang out in the water when we were not hiking or floating. It is a beautiful home.

This place is amazing. Much more than we expected! Being right on the Buffalo River was the best part of this trip. The house was immaculate, lots of room for all 8 of us. There were so many areas on the property to just sit and just enjoy the beautiful view. We left the house once and spent all our time in the water. We floated and looked for rocks. Linda the owner is the best host I have ever worked with in vacation rental properties. Very professional and her assistant Lisa was very responsive and super nice. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!!

This is truly an amazing property with a beautiful and unique home in a serene and inviting environment. We mostly enjoyed playing in the river which is steps from the backdoor. We walked to the park and played pickleball, floated on the Buffalo river, and walked to town to shop at at the farmers market and interesting shops.

This house was amazing. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Decks were great to sit on and enjoy the scenery. We could walk down to the river. We spent several afternoons swimming in the river. House was off the road. And was very private, but we were still only bocks away from stores and restaurants. One of the nicest places we have stayed.

The natural pool below the house is lovely and refreshing! Our host is professional and approachable as is her house manager! We loved it and plan to visit next year!

We loved our stay in this home. My #1 is always cleanliness and this was the cleanest rental ever period. The home was directly on little buffalo with huge multiple stone patios with comfortable seating areas on the back of the house overlooking the river. The river was so much fun for our 3 boys ( ages 16, 15 & 15). They fished, swam and just played around outside the house all day everyday. Jasper is a great location for adventures nearby from park next door to 10-20 minute drive to big Buffalo River…swimming, kayaking, fishing plus ziplining and rock climbing at Horsehoe Canyon Ranch. We also did a day trip to Gaston’s on the White River for guided fishing trip. And we loved Ozark Cafe and Cliff House Inn and the close Harps. A vacation to remember!
