Stayed Feb 13, 2026The house is beautiful. We loved that it’s walking distance to Devils Backbone restaurant. We had a great dinner there. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax on the property. And amazing views from all sides of the home. It took us about 17 minutes to get up to Wintergreen to enjoy the resort. I didn’t realize that one of the twin rooms was inside of one of the Queen rooms. I will book this house again in the future.

Stayed Jan 9, 2026This is 4th year we have rented this house. It’s very convenient for our families from Richmond & South Boston. The only suggestion is to replace the light bulbs in the downstairs bathroom with 2 over each sink, they flicker off and on, and so do the ones in the twin bedroom on night stand & dresser. Very annoying. There were no dishwasher pods available so started dishwasher without any. Also higher toilet or hand rails would be great addition to 1/2 bath because nothing to help off low toilet. Otherwise it’s perfect!

Stayed May 30, 2025Our group was a few families staying for a friends 40th. Place is nice and big with plenty of room. It is conveniently located within alking distance to Basecamp, with lots of activities to do. It provided a great experience for us all! Recommend for larger groups for special occasions.

Stayed May 31, 2024All of the concerns about the dishware, cleanliness, etc., were addressed at the time of our stay. Beautiful home on a beautiful, quiet property within a short walk to a great brewery, not much more to say!
