This recently revamped unique rental is 1.5 miles from downtown Newport Beach and 2.5 miles from Huntington Beach beach with free parking. This venue caters to day/night groups up to 150 until 11pm weekdays and 1230am on Fri,Sat and Sunday.. There are no rooms or tents included with this rental just to be clear. Stayed Dec 6, 2024This location is the best for gatherings. It has everything you need then some. The host is amazing in every way and this is our second time as a business but others in our team have also booked for personal reasons many times. We will continue to use the venue and this host for years to come. You wont regret booking here.

Stayed Dec 17, 2022I rented this listing for my daughters birthday party and it was absolutely perfect! Todd was so accommodating and friendly. He met us there and helped us get set up. He even left phone chargers for us because my phone was dead when we got there. The rock climbing wall was awesome, there was propane for the bbq and wood for the fire bit. It had everything you need to have fun. It was clean and well stocked. We slept comfortably in the huge “glamping tents”. Everything exceeding our expectations! We will definitely be staying here again!

Host was great, the place was amazing, my guests had a great time and all asked how they can book this place for their own parties in the future !
