Experience the beauty of the Poconos year-round at the Lodge at Bear Creek Lake.
This charming and spacious log home is the perfect place to escape with family or
friends to relax and take in the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains, enjoy the tranquility of the pristine 160-acre spring-fed lake, or head off for whatever adventure you choose.
Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset from the sprawling 30-foot-long covered deck, complete with porch swing and new sofa and chairs, or have a bite to eat in the attached screened-in dining area.
The main living area features an airy, open-concept plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar with seating for six, dining table with six more seats, and a comfortable family room that is perfect for hanging out. The main floor also features a large primary suite with king bed, full bath, and walk-in closet. Upstairs you’ll find two more spacious bedrooms, as well as another full bathroom. Each bedroom features a new queen bed and two twin beds, a skylight, and its own private balcony. Every room is equipped with a brand new “mini split” a/c and heating system, individually zoned for extra comfort. The ground-floor entryway includes a new mudroom to leave all your coats, shoes, skis, and other equipment. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. When the evening falls, enjoy s’mores or a hot drink around the fire pit as you snuggle in comfy Adirondack chairs and listen to the sound of the crackling fire, then head back inside to rest up for your next adventure! Please note: Access to the main living area requires a dozen steps and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. As our guest, you’ll be able to enjoy all the amenities that the Bear Creek Lakes private community has to offer, including access to the gorgeous 160-acre lake itself. Walk across the street to launch your kayak, canoe, or float. And no need to worry about motorboats, as they are not permitted. Sprawl out on one of two private beaches, soak up the sun, and take a dip in the pristine lake to cool down! Bring some burgers to grill at the beach if you like while the kids enjoy the playground. The club house boasts a heated Olympic-size in-ground pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), as well as basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts. Please note: You must have a BCL badge (provided as part of your rental) when enjoying these amenities.
