We also require a fully refundable $1000 damage deposit, held 48 hours before check-in and released within 48 hours after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property. 1 night bookings will require an additional deposit.

Pet Policy:
~ Up to 2 dogs under 50lbs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet required (covered 2 dogs)
~ Pets must be disclosed prior to Guests' arrival.
