First, I want to say a couple good things about the place we stayed: Structurally, it's great. And Bob, the handyman who helped us with problems, was very responsive. That said, overall we were consistently disappointed. There was lots of old upholstery that was stained and tattered. Most of the showers were marginal at best (water flow fluctuated wildly from minute to minute) and one shower was not usable at all (although Bob tried). The pool was not ready when we arrived and was green and hazy the first two days. The pool furniture cushions were old and cheap and dirty. The water in the hot tub was apparently a couple months past due being drained and refilled. The bed linens in several rooms were threadbare and stained. Some smelled bad. The ice maker and dispenser was not working on one of the refrigerators. There were a couple grills but no propane. The area isn't bad, but it is fully developed, so I wouldn't call it peaceful or serene. There are no mountain views from the lodge of consequence. The Pigeon Forge Lodge badly needs to be updated. We paid too much money to have a disappointing place to stay. Can't recommend and won't be coming back.

The rooms were comfortable, and the host was responsive whenever needed. The kitchen was nice and well-equipped. However, the furniture was quite dirty, which affected the overall experience. The hot tub was acceptable, though not particularly noteworthy.

Great place to stay! Well equipped, comfortable and LOTS OF ROOM! Really enjoyed it. Was a little too cool to use the pool but it looked awesome and a great outdoor activity area.

The property was perfect for our family. While we had maybe a third of the group the property can accommodate, we did have mostly adults very appreciative of the comfortable king beds and individual bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with multiple appliances and all the dishware needed. The pool (heated) was clean and refreshing and the oversized hot tub was just what everyone needed at the end of our daily adventures. Living room furniture was comfortable. I was mostly impressed with the responsiveness of the team to any questions before and during our stay. There were bear sightings on property throughout the week which thrilled our family.

We were a family of 21 people of all ages. This property was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Teenage boys had a bunk room, and a family with young kids had their own upstairs cottage with a separate kitchen area. The pool was perfect temperature and so welcome after long hot days at Dollywood or hiking in the woods. The balcony, both downstairs with a large hot tub, and upstairs just off the kitchen, had plenty of seating for gathering for coffee in the mornings. The large kitchen and great room was wonderful for all of us to be together....eating, watching soccer, playing games, etc. Communication with owners was always quick and helpful.

The house was in a great location, close to just about everything. Ample space, we loved the big kitchen and living room. Our family had a blast in the big pool. Lots of wildlife, including the famous black bears, our kids loved it. The beds need to be update. The showers had old shower curtains that needed to be washed. The kitchen could use a garbage disposal. The main living room got really hot in the afternoon. The AC needs to be redone for that room. The overall cleanliness was not up to expectations for the price if the rental. We mopped the house ourselves after the black footbottoms were just to lo much.

Excellent seating and kitchen space for meal prep for our family of 17. Heated pool and theater room with arcade games was great entertainment for the kids and adults too. Hot tub had died prior to arrival but we were properly compensated. Timely communication with the property mgr was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! The Cabin & Cottage were very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for a large group to enjoy themselves. All the cabin bedrooms have a private full bathroom with a shower and tub. The 2 bedrooms upstairs in the cottage also have full bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms downstairs in the cottage share a full bathroom. The hosts, were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, answering all of our questions promptly. The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything. Dollywood is very close by. I would highly recommend this property to others! Be aware, we did see a wandering bear. It is to be expected in the mountains. Be prepared.

The cabin’s were great, the cleanliness was exceptional with one incident of linens being left in the washer and mildewing. Once the manager was notified, they immediately took care of it. My only complaint is the controlled cooling units. Someone not on the property allegedly controlled the cabin units from another state. We struggled to keep the household temperature comfortable throughout the stay. I would absolutely stay at this property again if not for the struggle of keeping the cabin temperature comfortable.
